Giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
While shopping here, my daughter knocked over and broke a globe....which was stacked on flimsy boxes by the way.
My husband immediately said "it's ok. I'll take care of it" the store owner raised his voice and my husband told him again we would take care of it and to not raise his voice at our daughter again. The owner sneered at my daughter and said loudly"children touch everything". Yes children will want to touch items, especially the toys displayed that you want parents to buy. Even other customers spoke up telling the owner and his wife they were indeed being rude and left without purchasing their items. The wife was yelling at me and poked her finger in my face even as I stood there to pay for the broken item.
There are plenty of other nice shops and friendly people in this town.... don't bother with this one.

Stopped in Skagway as part of our Princess cruise, we stopped in here looking for cold medicine, he had a nice selection. Cute store with a friendly clerk.

Not even worth the 1 star. Yelled at my 8 year old daughter. She accidentally bumped into a glass figurine and I immediately said I would buy it. The owner kept yelling at my daughter so I raised my voice and his response was to threaten us with the police. His wife was even more rude shaking her finger in my wife's face. Avoid this store like the plague.

We stopped in Skagway as part of our cruise. I needed something from a store, so we set out to walk Broadway street and see if we could find anything. Sure enough, we looked through the window of this store, and saw what I needed. However, they didn't open until 9:00am, it was maybe 8:00am. Bob opened the door and asked us what we needed, and was nice enough to open his door and let us come in early and purchase what I needed. Great guy, told us some fun stories. Thanks Bob, we appreciated your kindness!

Minimal selection, high prices, rude staff who followed us around the store like we were going to steal and shouted at my 3 year old for touching a shelf price label.
