Everyone runs like clock work and that in itself is what I appreciate, to get to a patient in a timely manner. I always feel well taken care of from blood draw which she is so nice and makes you feel comfortable, to doctor that's always there for you, its a difficult situation and some times you don't feel all there. But they put in they're all . To everyone from desk to weight person they all do they're jobs professionally, and into the chemo room where I am amazed at all the timing of the clockworkthat is in they're hands, they amaze me on how well they run so efficiently. To the financial advisor has been so helpful I don't know how she does it all. Everyone has been so wonderful.

From the admission process through discharge my surgery and post op recovery team of people performed their duties with such ease and grace. They as individuals and as a group were absolutely dedicated and caring. I had a few difficult hours after surgery and they did everything possible to alleviate my discomfort. Kudos to Kootenai Health. My experience from just being one among many to that of a person deserving particular care made all the difference.

The staff was great. Very efficient. There were multiple stages to my procedure and they were great through all of them explained things. Good attitude. Everyone made sure I was comfortable post op. I got a get well card after I got home. It was very sweet. I was concerned because my daughter had a bad experience when she had her baby there.

After three hospitalizations since the new year, I have a pretty good idea of what to expect the next time (heaven forbid) I should be so unfortunate to end up back here. If you need to be admitted and go through the ED, expect to wait 24 hours before a room is available for you. Expect disingenuous hospital staff who will gaslight you into doubting your own senses. Expect substandard doctors and specialists who are unsure of their diagnosing. Expect so-called ‘nurses’ just gropers of old bones who run out of the room while saying ‘is there anything else I can do for you?’ hoping to not hear your voice, while their bombastic voices and profanity can be heard across the unit. I can’t believe how easily I could hear their discussions of other patient’s medical and personal history, and I was staying in a “quiet unit.” Expect aggressive PT staff who become easily frustrated with you, even using the room equipment to agitate you. Even expect attitude from the ‘room service’ staff, who can’t spend a second to think about what I am saying and how you might help. And expect to be bum-rushed out of your room so the next poor victim can be admitted. Unacceptable in a word

Excellent care received at Kootenai Health! Two nights, three days of top-notch care & attention. Wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly nurses and staff. Must call out one exceptional CNA, Jessica. She was phenomenal, so helpful & pro-active. I feel that all of those who cared for me are doing eactly what they are meant to be doing.

I would like to recommend the clinics. Being a foreigner, it is not very easy to find a good clinics where you can get the needed treatment and attention. It was easy to get an online appointment at the Kootenai Health Urgent Care! I did not have to wait at all, I just came at the time and was invited to start my appointment. the doctor and nurses paid good attention to all the symptoms and complaints I have shared and were very kind in communicating with me.
