I would highly recommend Dr. Dardano to everyone. She is a very caring doctor and really cares about her patients. Dr. Dardano has been my doctor since she became a doctor and I have followed her everytime that she has changed office locations. She has done my surgeries and when I would go home from the hospital she would personally call me at home to see how I was feeling. I now travel over one hour each way to go see her and I would travel even further.

Dr. Dardano is an extremely competent, thorough, and caring doctor. I was initially seen at Baystate Urgent care, and after results from an US came back, I was rushed for emergency surgery at Baystate. Dr. Dardano was with me the entire time, from my arrival by ambulance to literally pushing my gurney to pre-op. I was in excruciating pain which she addressed with pain meds that eventually brought me so much relief. I was probably not the easiest patient to have as it was a very unexpected surgery and I was crying and yelling from the pain. She was thorough with what the procedure would entail and the risks associated with the surgery. This was my very first invasive surgery (only ever had wisdom teeth out!) and she took extremely good care of me and I felt extremely comfortable and confident going into the surgery. Thank you, Dr. Dardano.

Negligent. Her phone staff are unfamiliar with insurance appointment regulations and protocol for patient visits, especially high risk patients. If you are a high risk patient, they ignore it and put you directly in harms way. Falsely claiming your insurance won’t allow you to be seen yet. ? Even when you are presenting with a serious issue. The staff is basically stupid.
I had to go to my primary to get the tests done to identify why I was in excruciating pain. Then they finally were willing to fit me in with a Dr. that said my tipped uterus was a tumor. They finally ordered an MRI, but when I went to the hospital for the test, I was told they were going to MRI my LIVER!!!! The nurses didn’t even know how to order the correct test. Finally, Dr. Dardano was willing to see me immediately, now that I could hardly walk and in extreme agony. As she finally did an exam and realized I had a uterus filled with an enormous amount of fluid, without laboratory confirmation, looks up at me and says, “you definitely have cancer”, “you need a hysterectomy right away, like she was ordering a pizza.
I will never go there again. They directly put me in mortal danger from their lack of concern, which I am still attempting to correct. All the while, if they were experienced at their “specialty”, would have kept me out of harms way.

Also, do not have any procedures done by their recommended surgeon Dr. Kawar, (baystate) who has no concept of sterile technique whatsoever. Coughed open mouthed directly into my face while introducing herself, less than 12” from my face. Never washed her hands, coughed into her gloves before she put them on. Appalling behavior from someone who is a SURGEON and should have received training in a septic technique.
She completely disregarded my high risk surgical contraindications, even medications I was allergic to that she said, “well that’s what we will give you”
If you want to die of infections from Kawar, then she’s your doc. If you want to go undiagnosed of any reproductive malignancy then Dr. Dardano and her other incompetent MD’s and staff are the malpractice for you.

Literally the BEST Dr. I've ever had. Can't say enough about her expertise. She is extremely knowledgeable and has the best bedside manners of any Dr. I've ever had. She successfully performed endometriosis surgery on me. I am extremely gratefull she us my Dr.!!
