Ive been going to Dr. Proddatoori for about 6 months now.
She's smart and she able process her thoughts quickly, which at first made me think she was aloof.
But after a few visits, I found her to friendly and caring. Think it just takes awhile to get to know her.
The only problem( which why I gave 4 stars) is the rest of staff. It's hard to get something faxed to the doctor. And appointments take awhile too. Nurse could be better.
Will update in a few months. I'm trying to decide if this is the place & doctor for me.

If your looking for a primary care provider I highly suggest not choosing this doctor. You can never get an appointment less than 2 months in advance unless you go to the emergency.
I was seen by her twice and both times she didn't even take time to do a proper evaluation other than submit referral to another doctor. I requested a urine test analysis and she refused to order any test. I came in with concerns about stomach issues and sinus congestion, she wrote a prescription for an antibiotic to treat a sinus infection and went ahead and told me that my stomach issue was linked to the problems I was having with my sinuses which I've never heard ever. To completely ignored my concerns told me that she was not able to order any kind of lab test to test for any toxins or mycotoxins in my system from my understanding that's what your doctor does if requested by the patient instead she disregarded my request and referred me to another doctor. I have been exposed to high levels of mold and I am experiencing symptoms related to mold illness although I insisted on showing her the environment that I had been working in she refused to even take the time to consider what I was concerned about. She told me to get my apartment tested and then they will request a mycotoxins test. This is the worst doctor that I've ever had in the history of any medical conditions that I've experienced I highly recommend that you not use this doctor plus you won't get an appointment anyways because she's so booked out and has too many patients as is. It's really sad that a doctor would disregard a patient's concerns and tell them that their stomach issues and stomach pains were related to a sinus infection honestly that lacks knowledge and empathy. I will definitely be finding another provider and medical will hear about this as well so that they know what kind of doctors they are covering in the lack of service and care they're providing to those in need. Honestly judging by the reviews if u are a person of color its best to find another provider because I can see she has a bias and doesn't put the effort or care based on her own personal dislikes .......that is not the type of doctor that should be practicing medicine for MediCal recipients.

I did not have a good experience with Dr.Proddatoori. I felt like she didn't listen to me or my concerns and she just brushed me off! It took over a week to get an issue I had resolved. I will never go back there again.
