Absolutely the best dermatologist practice in Massachusetts they able to fix problems not just surface of skin but under it as well 5 stars with monthly visits determination and trust on both sides good communication honesty and intent to reciprocate a healthy physician patient relatonship respecting the higherarcy with competent enough doctors here to figure out what type of problem for example bacterial ,acne or parasitic or other conditions basically conditions so difficult only very experienced physicians abe to cure 4 yrs treatment 95 percent cured now and I respect and support the Kushnir dermatology practice and I am grateful for treating and curing my condition I am a forever fan of the practice of the team here and would recommend this dermatologist to anyone cool enough to be a kind patient here the outcome will be well worth it.

Feels like this office loves to charge exorbitant fees for trivial issues. Each appointment is barely a few minutes and are rushed, yet billed and coded to the max. Moreover, billing is some of the rudest you will come across in the industry. This place feels like a money extraction machine.

Came here for the skin check with Kate Schoch and have stayed with her for years because she is friendly, efficient, and gives great advice.She has removed questionable nevi with great results and once removed an embedded tick for me and is easy to talk to about anything skin related that is bothering you. She doesn't push cosmetic procedures like other dermatology practices I have visited. I appreciate that, she doesn't make me feel like aging is something to be ashamed of but I feel like it is less daunting with her on my health care team. I see other commenters had complaints about the office staff or timeliness of the visit but I have only had efficient service on the phone or in person.

They messed up an appointment time (as according to the confirmation email and my own calendar), forgot to send me text reminders, then when I showed up the day of, told me that they we rescheduling another month out. Incredible waste of time, go to Mass General for a legitimate practice instead.

This office has incompetent customer service. A year ago I had to wait over 45 minutes due to their double-booking. When I visited for a recent appointment that I had confirmed three days prior I was told there actually wasn’t an appointment, that what was in the system was last year. Incompetence and uncaring service. Avoid this place.

I have been to this doctor twice now and they have been very helpful. I have a condition that required an injection and I was able to see improvements fairly quickly. I was able to schedule an appointment in the morning and make it to work without missing any time.

Despicable. Rush you through the appointment like cattle. Eager to get as many patients seen and to bill the insurance companies as much as possible. This place is all about the profit. Just terrible. Do not go.
