The very Best!!!!! The staff at the desk, and all the nurses we have encountered have been delightful and helpful. Dr. Schmidt is one of the finest doctors we have ever been to. She is always prepared as she reads your chart beforehand. She is very empathetic and compassionate and really is knowledgeable. We never feel like she is rushing us and listens carefully to what we say. Nurse Jackie and Marjorie are the best, always kind and supportive. So thankful for all these amazing people!

From tje time you step into the front doors, the staff is all smiles and ready to assist.
Nurse Jackie is always friendly and I love that she is into holistic medicine.
The pharmacy staff is always nice amd willing to order the things you want or need if they don't carry it.
Dr. Schmidt listens to you and actually calls you with updates and dives deep to find what is ailing you.
The plabotmist is always gental and nice.

Friendly and attentive staff. The doctors have a good bedside manor as well. There was very little wait in both the waiting room and in the patient room, which is nice because most doctors will leave you in the patient room forever! It was a quick appointment but I felt heard and given the right treatment. I highly recommend this office and particularly Dr. Chrieki who was my doctor.

I've been a patient here for 8 years now, and I've had a consistently positive experience. I like Dr. Chrieki. He's treated me well. He seems like he's really got it together and he's practical. The billing department with HFMC has really gone out of their way to straighten things out with my insurance provider on my behalf too. I figure HFMC deserves 5 stars particularly given the terrible time I've had with so many other medical providers.

Went in for gout in foot and I told the PA Lauren about the problem and that it had been going on intermittently for years. I also told her about my treatments in the past and what actually worked for me. She did not provide that same treatment and prescribed something orally that has never been tried on me in the past. Today my foot has swelled up like a football and is much worse that it was yesterday, I am in much more pain and now that I have wasted my time and money on a useless treatment, I have to go to another walk-in clinic and do this all over again. I should have been back to work today but that is impossible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this incompetent provider and let her experiment on someone else.

I almost put 1 star. I was so tempted. But this has been my place for medical attention for years.
The new receptionists seem overstuffed but undertrained or unsure of what is appropriate representation for L3HFMC. It should be about caring about the health and wellness. Today addressing my issue in a timely manner was not a concern this afternoon.

I went through the call relay and then a receptionist answered the phone immediately telling me to wait. 10 minutes later someone new answers. That doesn't feel professional, safe, secured, or like my concern matters. Because I had to repeat the reason for calling. And start the whole script over again.

I call the Dr when I am not well. To get better.

The receptionists need to been given appropriate tools to solve issues on their own the first time.

All I am asking is to do the job you were hired to do. Otherwise, allow someone who knows how, to do it. And find a different field if it's not working out.

Revised: (I did edit my earlier post to make it more appropriate. I was angry with the treatment earlier.)

The director did speak with me like she said she would. We did discussed the issues. And I do believe that she will make sure they have been addressed.

I appreciate the time she took to focus and prioritize my bad experience.
