I cannot say enough about LA Medical Associates in Palm Beach Gardens! This office is hands down the most professional, compassionate, and reliable medical practice I have ever been to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ravi Pandey, MD - Board Certified Primary Care Physician, since 2013, and he was also my grandmother’s doctor before me. I will never go to another primary care doctor because Dr. Pandey is simply irreplaceable. He is brilliant, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients in a way that is so rare to find. With all of the overwhelming specialists and appointments I’ve had to deal with, Dr. Pandey has been my one constant, the doctor I trust completely. Even when I feel defeated or start to lose motivation with my health, he and his team refuse to let me give up. They make sure I stay on top of everything, handling referrals, coordinating care, and guiding me through even the most complex medical situations.

I’ve been through years of frustrating misdiagnoses and am still working toward a definitive answer, but through it all, Dr. Pandey has remained my unwavering advocate. He has helped me manage my autoimmune/connective tissue concerns, Lupus, heart condition, Dysautonomia POTS, and other serious health concerns with incredible patience and expertise. His commitment to his patients is unmatched, and I know that no matter what, I am always in the best hands with him.

Another incredible asset to this practice is Alison Welch, FNP-APRN. She is absolutely phenomenal! Everyone who meets her says she should be a doctor because she is that skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Alison fights for her patients and ensures that everything is handled immediately and properly. She is kind, compassionate, and fiercely determined to get things done. Whether it's navigating a medical issue, coordinating treatments, or ensuring you get the right care, Alison is on top of it—every single time.

And then there’s Michelle Dingus, Team Lead PBG/PCP Lead MA & Office Manager—the powerhouse who keeps everything running smoothly. Michelle is a force! She is reliable, hardworking, and truly goes to bat for patients. No matter the issue, she will get it solved quickly and efficiently. She handles everything with such precision and urgency, making sure that every patient is taken care of the way they deserve to be. What sets Michelle apart is her unwavering dedication and ability to make things happen, no matter the challenge. She is tenacious, sharp, and deeply invested in patient care, making sure that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Whether it’s insurance issues, appointment scheduling, specialist referrals, or anything else that can become overwhelming, Michelle handles it all with ease. She is always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they even arise, and she makes sure patients feel supported, respected, and prioritized.

Michelle and Dr. Pandey work together as an unstoppable team, making sure that even when I feel overwhelmed, I stay on track. They have my back 100% even when I feel like giving up, they refuse to let me.

The entire LA Medical Associates team is beyond exceptional. They treat their patients like family and truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone receives the best possible care. It’s rare to find a practice where every single person is this dedicated, but this is that place!

If you are looking for a primary care team that is brilliant, compassionate, and truly dedicated to your well-being, Dr. Pandey, Alison, and Michelle are the absolute best. I am so incredibly grateful for them, and I will never go anywhere else.

My first time seeing Dr. Pham yesterday and I must say this was a great experience. He was very thorough with my visit. Took the time to enlighten me on steps and suggestions towards happy healing. Grateful for my experience with him. You can’t find many providers that actually see patients as more than just a number. Thankful for him. Also the assistant that took my vitals and did my x-ray was a delight. His energy from the beginning to the end was spectacular. My Scorpio friend!

As a Nurse I take pride and respect when it comes to excellent bedside manner and customer service…I freaking Love Dr Pham and his outstanding crew. My daughter loves the fact they talk “to her” and not “at her”, to make her feel apart of her treatment and visit. Thank you guys for helping with the inserts and the new facility you recommended. I don’t mind driving the extra 30 minutes for great service. Keep up the great work guys.

I have no complaints about Dr. Ravi himself, as a matter of fact - he is great, but dealing with his office has been a nightmare. For over two months, I've been trying to get them to call my insurance company for authorization. My insurance company claims they haven't received any communication from Dr. Ravi's office.

Whenever I call the office with my insurance company on the line, we're routed to an answering service that promises a callback the same day—yet they don't. It's been more than two months, and the office still fails to reliably answer the phone when I'm calling with the insurance company. This morning alone, I tried three times, and each time I was sent to voicemail.

Please fix this issue, hire more staff or assign a dedicated person to handle insurance issues. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in touch with your doctor's office when you need them.

The staff and nurses are friendly and professional. I was at ease with their prep for the surgery of my toes. Dr. Pham took time to explain to me the procedure and performed the surgery timely and with expertise. The doctor and staff nurse gave detail iinstruction before I left the office to pick up the prescription that they called ahead. I am please with my visit to this office.

Very helpful, attentive and pleasant. Very professional. The staff is super and Dr. Pham listens to our needs and addresses them. I am very happy there. This is the best podiatry care that my parents received ever. My mom had Dr. Pham then I add my dad’s doctor to get referral for dad, they are both happy. Front desk is ahhhmazing also.❤️👏🏽👏🏽
