The staff at this lab are incredible! I was treated so kindly and respectfully from Nicole, the receptionist, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Jeannine and Adriene, who took my blood, were so thoughtful, patient and caring with me throughout the process and talked me through my nervousness! I left feeling happy and calm, I would highly recommend that anyone who needs to get a bloodwork panel should go here! 10/10 experience. Thank you!

This is the best lab I have ever experienced. It's actually a pleasure to go there. Even early morning, it's bright & clean and the reception staff are uniformly pleasant and courteous. The lab staff are efficient. This place exemplifies how it should be done.

Do not have lab work done here and expect your insurance to pay for it. This is part of CHOMP, and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield considers it part of the Hospital, not a separate lab and will only pay a small portion of routine preventative blood work. After numerous conversations with the CHOMP billing and customer service departments, someone finally admitted CHOMP has only 1 federal tax ID so insurance companies think everything is hospital services. They refused to contact insurance to let them know the difference. I am not sure my new doctor who is part of the Montage Group is aware this is how they do business, but be sure to request lab orders from an Independent lab. Quest even makes appointments.
