Staff here is absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Everyone I have met have made me feel at home. Groups are so much fun and there’s so many opportunities to get to know other patients and make friends. The environment is nice, clean, and comfortable. I love spending time by the pool playing volleyball, doing crafts, playing ping pong, and so much more. Jean is my absolute favorite person i have met here! She has my artwork hanging up in her office and she brings such a fun vibe to everything! I would definitely recommend this place as I have been to a few treatment centers and this is my favorite by far.

What a wonderful experience. This staff gets it and they all get along. And they make the environment relaxed. Ask any team member and they will stop what they are doing and answer your questions. The therapists, the nurses, the T/As all are first class and care. And they have free ice cream anytime you want it. You can get well here. They have all sorts of recovery programs and there is a solid "Red Road of Recovery" Track for Native Americans. Very special and a wonderful therapist that leads this track.

My state at the Laguna treatment center was outstanding and well above what I was expecting!! The staff was not only courteous and outgoing, but incredibly sensitive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my recovery process was as comfortable as possible.

I especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue pool time and nightly activities, including karaoke, bingo poker, and nights in the movie room. I truly felt like I was on vacation and quickly forgot about the cravings that I had when I arrived in no time.

I would highly suggest come into Laguna treatment center for any and all addiction recovery needs, I cannot imagine it being any better anywhere else!

Nursing staff is great, the doctors take care of you so you don’t have to worry about having withdrawal symptoms. The rooms are clean and set up like a hotel room vs hospital room and the beds are actually pretty comfortable. I would recommend this place and would even come back myself necessary.

I’ve had a good experience at Laguna. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The psychology staff and case managers have been especially supportive. The food, on the other hand, is not great.

The staff here is absolutely on point, they all have a good vibe. It's always clean, the food is good. I don't like to admite but I am a rehab veteran. Detox they supplied comfort meds and helped manage the initial part of the recovery process. The classes are very informative if you are serious about changing your life and living a life sober this place has all the tools, food, atmosphere, gym, therapist, comfy beds, and again the staff here are truly amazing. It's time to change your life....

The staff here has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely understanding of everything we’re going through. A special shoutout to both Gilbert’s, Katrina, & Kendall. They truly went above and beyond. The program strikes a perfect balance between group sessions and personal free time. I especially appreciated the pool time and the Equine Therapy, both were unforgettable highlights.

Update: After consideration and follow up from a staff member who truly cares about the people here, I have decided to update my review. I will not hide what happened as this should be a significant learning lesson and create changes for improvement. No one in this facility should ever feel like at any point their health and recovery is being disregarded.
