this guy was so rude on the phone today, he should NOT be working in customer service omg. fallon atrius health sent me here to find a dermatologist that works with them, and the guy on the phone was like "so you're a new patient? ehhh its gonna take you 15 minutes to register". as if he was trying to get me to hang up.. but like, ok i have time...?

and then "so if you're a new patient who told you that you could book with Kelly Mueller?" in the rudest tone as if nobody told me I could and I was lying. excuse me? what do you mean who told me I could do it? she's in my network, grump! I simply told him, my insurance sent me to this location using the 'find a dermatologist' tool. Kelly Mueller looks like she's nice so I figured I'd pick her.

Then it was all "so if you're a new patient, we're booking far out into July". I asked if that was for every dermatologist provider there or just Kelly Mueller? (since a few more in-network providers are at the same location) and he just repeated what he said slowly like he was annoyed he repeated himself but I was so nice!!! like oh my goodness I heard you, sorry I needed your help. I was looking for someone sooner anyways, since my skin has been a little itchy but jesus what is wrong with people :/ This guy was enough to keep me away from this location, anyways.

Lisa the is most rude, disgustingly behaved human being I’ve ever interacted with and I truly hope none of you ever have to interact with her. I’ve never received a worse attitude from a secretary. The way she speaks to patients at Lahey is vile and I know I haven’t been the only one, so I’m not even sure why she still has her job at Burlington. When I said to her “Please speak nicely to me, you’re coming off very hostile and it’s making me uncomfortable” she responded “You need to calm down and relax”. I’m so glad these lines are recorded. They clearly don’t require any training for a loser mean girl like herself at Lahey because anyone with a brain and any intellect knows you don’t speak to patients like that, especially when the patient is being nothing but kind and fair. When I asked for her name so I could report her behavior, she immediately hung up on me WITHOUT even addressing my original request, which was the reason I called to begin with. All of that previous, lengthy time I had spent on hold was completely wasted because of Lisa. Because she hung up on me, I was forced to call back and wait on hold for a long time, AGAIN, before I finally received assistance from one of the kind, normal and well-behaved secretaries, Kim, who was so sweet and able to help me. Good luck in life to somebody like Lisa, who is that miserable and clueless. Karma exists. Losing costumers left and right because of her.

The people working the front desks are great and always helpful. But unfortunately waiting three months for a medicine I've already been approved for with multiple refills...... Waiting for the Dr who approved it just so I can go through another self demeaning exam and go through that trauma again. It really isn't good. Regardless of my belief's and identity I deserve help and waiting 3 months is beyond reason

I went In for an acne condition. I beleive I saw a nurse practitioner. She said well maybe it's rocacia then I explained my symptoms don't match rocacia. She then said I was probably correct that it was acne
I asked her the cause of deep acne and no answer she just shrugged her shoulders. Offered antibiotics for 3 months maybe try a topical but gave no explanations as to why this began during menopause, she simply said she never heard of this and it was very unusual. If I didn't know better I'd say she isn't qualified to diagnose. My local Ulta consultant could do more for me. Lahey needs to consider what is going wrong in their dermatology department as reflected in the low ratings. My mother also had a negative experience with this particular practitioner.

What’s going on with mass exodus of doctors from this clinic? We keep receiving letter after letter of drs leaving this practice in full. Rather concerning regarding quality of care & their system of operations.

I have been going to Lahey Dermatology for a few years now and I have always had a positive experience. My dermatologist is thoughtful, thorough and calming. I feel fortunate. My Dermatologist is leaving and I will be going to a different Dermatologists at Lahey and I hope for the same positive experience.

Had difficulty diagnosing one of the most common skin infections there are. Removed a large piece of skin for a test that is about 4-5x bigger than needed. It has now left a scar while the rash has completely cleared in other spots. You are better off going to penzoil for medical advice.
