I was very nervous as this was my first colonoscopy, and also the first time I would be put under anesthesia. Everyone was very friendly, calming and informative, and made me feel at ease. A special shout out to Evelyn, who took care of me post procedure. She was a true delight and a gem and you truly lucky to have her on your staff!

Usually every patient is nervous about any procedure. My experience at Burlington Beth Israel, was outstanding. Everyone in the crew was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They relieved my anxiety and the procedure was professional. I would definitely recommend this hospital for every medical procedure you may require. Five stars for you all. Thank you for your dedication.

Very unorganized and the communication is poor. They also neglect to tell you that for a normal specialist office visit they charge you as "outpatient" and in a "hospital" so it goes towards your deductible and isn't just a standard specialist visit copay. So they are sneakily trying to rip all the patients off who just need to go there for a regular appointment. I had been trying to get this looked into since the beginning of November, since I've never in my life had similar appointments billed like this before over the last 10 years.

I would highly suggest going somewhere else that's not a scam, more organized and has better communication.

Dr. Mena Bakhit and his team were wonderful...especially since I never had an endoscopic ultrasound and was quite nervous. I felt confident in their care. From the very beginning, the staff was in contact with me about preparations, via email and text. Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and caring straight through the entire procedure. I went to Lahey Gastroenterology recently & was impressed with how thorough everyone was. The nursing staff is amazing there. I went in nervous and they helped put me at ease. The team are great at what they do. Dr. Burns was the doctor who did my procedure & there's a reason he's been in the field for as long as he was very informative & a complete professional. The team made a difficult situation seem easy. If I ever need my esophagus scoped again I'll know that I'm in great hands.

Dr. Timothy M Smith, MD at Beverly Hospital and Northshore GI at Lahey Clinic, is excellent. Very responsive in communication, listening and acting in a personalized way to the patients needs. Had my 5th colonoscopy with Dr. Smith and have to applaud the team on the best experience for me as a patient. Julie in scheduling was amazing, all staff during the procedure were polite, communicated clearly and made me feel safe and welcome. Recovery was easy and Dr. Smith made a post procedure report available upon discharge. Amazing! Thank you.
