I would highly recommend the Burlington Lahey hospital. Went there due to pancreatitis and they seen something else abnormal in my CT scan. They didn’t ignore it like another hospitals had because I did have a CT scan else previously that week somewhere else and they didn’t mention it.
Burlington then gave me an MRI and did an endoscopy and removed it from my stomach.
The hospital took great care of me and looked at the full picture.
I was also there recently for a minor surgery and they took great care of me then as well. The follow up after was also good. Seems they really truly care.

I had my surgery 3 years ago and the staff is always friendly and work well with each other. They make you feel welcome and even though they hold you accountable, you didn't feel judged.

Dr. Ford was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and explained my options in detail. I trust her. Lahey in Burlington is 1st class and has been my healthcare provider since the 70s. I find there are no long waits, the support staff are mostly calm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, I love having all my healthcare providers under one roof as well as being able to access them via MyChart. Beth Israel Lahey Health is the best!

I have been a Lahey patient for many years for multiple health issues. The care that I have received from Dr. A. O'Connor in Peabody for a Mastectomy in June has been exceptional - 5 star!! My concern is with the some of the staff I have encountered upon my initial arrival for visits (front desk check in, ER nurse and Doctor - no other patients at the time, and in neighboring departments) While I am a complicated medical case I deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. On 2 occasions I have been spoken to as if I were a child - was, told I was wrong, with an attitude no less, in front of other patients! A 3 day stay in the MMU at Burlington for an infection turned into a nightmare that I will not detail here!
I am fortunate to have the Team of Doctor's that I do and nurses who work with them but the tension between support staff is palpable and has no place in healthcare. If I did not have the fantastic care of Dr. A. O'Connor, her staff in Peabody as well the rest of MY Team in Burlington, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere. This saddens me as I have had such good experiences at Lahey. I understand that the pandemic has taken a toll on healthcare but patients still deserve the dignity, respect and compassion when they are in need of medical care.

Have been working with Heather Cheetham and Sara Tortoricci for a number of years (LGBP over 10+ years ago). Both are very caring and knowledgeable. Since I consider weight maintenance my hardest health issue, I am thankful they are there to help me. They take the time to listen and work with me to motivate me, explaining why and how to move forward to lose/keep maintaining my current weight, overall health, etc.

I’ve been going to Lahey exclusively since before. I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer in 2012. I’ve always been impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the very interaction. I never had to worry about scheduling yearly appointments—it’s always been taken care of. I get plenty of reminders and no can honestly say my experiences at Lahey have been almost exclusively positive. I would highly recommend the facility to others and I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else!

DJ from the surgical team called me And he was amazing! He set up My appointments with With my own personal team That consists of my own personal nurse practitioner my personal dietitian And my personal psychologist. I had my 1st consultation with all of them over the phone Yesterday. They were all very informative And helpful as well as answering my questions. This is the very beginning of my journey For weight loss loss surgery is my goal . I know that this isn't a quick cure all and it's gonna take time a lot of effort on my part And follow through with all their instructions.
