Terrible experience at appt for an MRI at Burlington Ma. Lahey on 04/02/21. I was being rushed (because a Friday at 6 pm- I was actually early). But MRI itself was terrible. I’ve had them before at places like Shields, etc with no problems. They placed me in a very small machine with no music headphones, no non- metal ear blocking device except a rubber plug in each ear. The noise was deafening. I thought the operator’s of the mri device knew what they were doing with this type of MRI. I have had ear issues since and am seeing second Doctor today for an issue. I would never get another MRI there again. I complained about sound after MRI but the 2 technicians there said nothing. Offered no advise, no help.

Staff and quality of service is amazing. By far my favorite hospital aside from the needles and extra stuff. The nurses take care of you considerably. I'd rather drive to Burlington than go to Lowell General

The staff here are all wonderful. I came in ambulance so it was quick admission. All of the nurses and Dr were attentive and had great bedside manor. I felt safe and taken care of.
