The ER "Psych Nurse" was the most unprofessional, uncompassionate person I have ever witnessed in any medical field ever in my 5 decades of life. She treated Mental Health Patients like they were all stupid, nonhuman "things" that didn't warrant empathy or compasssion. It was clear she needed to CONTROL these people. She would never even listen to the patients finish any sentence before she's over talking/yelling at them disrespectfully in front of other patients, nurses and security. SHAMEFUL and beyond UNBELIEVABLE to witness this in 2024.
