Agree with all the reviews regarding the receptionists’ failure to pick up the phone and lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, while, the doctors, nurses, and techs are generally great and care about the patients, the horrible front desk staffing situation results in a delayed and poorer care experience.

The receptionist deserves to be fired. I'm a pretty even-keeled person, but her mannerisms and attitude toward me were intolerable.

Horrible!  I booked an appointment in March, got in for August, then just 1 week before my appointment, the case manager left me a voice message without a call back number who had cancelled my appointment and rescheduled for next year in February with a different provider who is not even a general neurologist. Then I called several times but there was no human to pick up my call and no one returned my call that I left several messages. Awful!! DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO SET AN APPOINTMENT. It is a waste of time and delayed care... I cannot call this place a healthcare but they act like a business!

Doctors and nurses have been great. The biggest problem is the front desk, specifically Mary Jane. Consistent at every visit to be condescending. If you don't like your job get another one. Patients are uncomfortable and there is no need for.her to add to it. Again doctors and nurses are great but Mary Jane needs to learn some manners.

Tried scheduling an appointment with Neurology on 2 separate weeks. Waited for 40min on the phone both times and no one ever picked up. I then called the customer service line, no one picked up on that either. If staff attentiveness is one indicator of service then I would think twice about this place.

Dr. Deck is the most unprofessional, judgmental, uncaring physician I have ever known in my 55 years. Her inflated ego and self righteousness are very off putting. The way she treated my son.(or lack thereof) when he went to see her for multiple seizures was disgusting and it was clear that we were wasting her precious time. He was not given an exam or a neurological evaluation. She didn’t order any tests and couldn’t have been any less interested in caring for him. We were told to go to the ER and that she couldn’t do anything. She is a joke. Don’t waste your time with this one, people. She’s in it to collect her check…that’s it.

Awful. I booked an appointment in March, got in for July, then they called and cancelled my appointment (which I understand that happens sometimes) rescheduled for October, to which they called and had to cancel AGAIN, because the doctor is out of the office and is booking into January. What a joke.
