Girl at Radiology check-in was not friendly. She acted annoyed, like I was an inconvenience. I was there for my yearly mammogram. She shouldn't be working in a public greeting position.

One of the worst scheduling system and radiology facilities I have ever seen! I tried to setup an ultrasound exam with them for 4 days and I failed and gave up! Day 1/Wednesday morning I called them; they first asked me to register in their system and they collected all my medical and insurance info! Then they asked me to talk to my dr and fax them the ultra-sound request (they didn't accept the order that I had in my hand!). My dr's office sent a fax to them at 5:00pm. Day (2),I called them and I was told I needed to wait for 24 hours so that the request would show up in the system! Day (3)/Friday, I call them and after a long back and forth, I was told they shut the fax machine OFF usually after 4:30 om and they had missed the fax! I was speechless! But I acted fast and my dr could fax them another copy by noon. Day (4)/Monday: after a massive wait on the phone, I was told that they have received the fax but they need another day to enter it in the system! The guys ignored my repeated requests to connect me to a supervisor; instead he connected me back to the Ultrasound section! I waited for another 15 min, bu decided to hang up and ignore this place all-in-once.

6 MRIs in the past 5 years. Knee,prostate, 4x kidney. All were easy to schedule and only hade to wait one time due to an emergency patient.(understandable.) Now that all machines are "large bore" Machines the stress factor is low.
