This place is horrible. I had 2 referals from er and urgent care of a broken foot with ex rays and doctors notes, and they said i would have to wait all day just to get the recommendation to see an ortho. And this is the this time they have done this to me. Of the 4 times I have been there, they have only managed to see me one time and that took hours for a first time patient check up. Should have caught on then. The other 3 times of which were for simple referrals, 2 of which were referrals from their office, and I never even got them. So now I need a liver and hernia ultra sound, they suggested, but they won't give them to me unless I sit there all day, and same goes for my foot which all are different visits. So for medical professionals to suggest 3 services yet won't give them to you, you need to find a better doctor that actually cares about everyone, and isn't racist against white people coming to clinica Familia when you watch people walk in and out after you have been there with an appointment. Then their wonderful response for a man with a broken foot is we can see you in a few weeks after your broken foot had healed wrong or gotten worse. Horrible horrible service and make it obvious they don't want white people there.

This is a fantastic location. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I continue come now that I'm an adult. The front desk is really beautiful, and Anthony has been helping me for years with amazing service and providing me with the best times available to arrange appointments. And the doctor is really knowledgeable and pleasant, and he will assist you in any way he can. Fantastic staff.. I definitely recommend Frank Pastor.. he's a terrific clinician, he takes his time, and he provides excellent patient care.

The wait is forever. They take their sweet as time. You ask us to be on time for our appointment and then you don’t respect our time by making us wait 2 hours to see the doctor. The young receptionist wanted me to have a packet completed by my appointment time which was at 11am. I arrived at 10:45am. She said “I need this packet in by 11am or else you won’t get seen” and then they make you wait 2 hours to see the doctor. The audacity is just insane.

Oh and how interesting that all these “5 star” comments starting popping up these past 6 months and all sound very similar. 🙄 they obviously paid to get their rating up. DO NOT COME HERE!

I had an exceptional experience at this clinic. The office exudes warmth and is incredibly welcoming. The doctor is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. The staff is wonderful, making every visit a positive and reassuring experience. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-notch medical care in a friendly environment. A solid 5/5

I have been coming to this location for years and the quality of service provided is beyond what you could ever ask for. Everyone on the staff is so nice and always so helpful. Frank always takes the time to listen and provides you with the best healthcare advice possible. Bella is always so nice when she calls and anytime you call the office or go in everyone is always so willing to help. Anthony is awesome! He always goes above and beyond his call of duty. He never makes you feel like a burden and you always feel welcomed when coming into the office.

I genuinely can’t believe how unprofessional this office is…it took two months to schedule an appointment( which was back in april) with this clinic and then when I finally get my appointment it took two hours to see the provider. The girls at the front desk are very rude and were on their phones without a care in helping me out when I first arrived. They sent me to an ultrasound because I’m in a lot of pain and then when I called to get my results or see if my results are in no one answers. I had to call 8 different times and finally on the 9th time they answered my call. They told me they had my ultrasound results and then they scheduled me the same day at 4. I arrive to my appointment to find out they cancelled my appointment without calling me because they messed up and didn’t actually have my results. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude I believe her name was Jannette. She clearly said “oh yea we had to call to cancel you we forgot” then said “maybe we did call you” After expressing how I just wanted to be seen because I’m not feeling well and if I can make an appointment the lady Jannette mentioned “ a lot of other people also aren’t feeling well and they have to wait as well” with an extremely aggressive tone. This place lacks empathy and they all need to be trained again clearly. I also came in Monday for blood work to get done and after driving 30 mins to their office they told me “we don’t have anyone who can draw blood here today” you’re telling me you have MA’s that don’t know how to draw blood? If you know you don’t have a trained MA’s or phlebotomist why not advertise days that they can do or are working rather than leaving patients to come in and be denied. I wasted two days driving to be seen just for them to either cancel my appointment without knowing and because there’s no one to draw my blood. I would highly suggest going somewhere else because this place is run down and only has mean workers who clearly shouldn’t be in the medical field. People like these workers are why patients are afraid to reach out when they’re sick. Coming from someone who is also in the medical field and has a lot of patience for workers this place is absolutely terrible and saddening. They need to do better.

My brother is a patient at this clinic And every time I come with him the staff is quick and friendly. We are always greeted with a smile. The doctor has excellent bedside manners and listens to you.

The front desk staff was nice along with the nurses. However, I felt very rushed by my doctor. I simply needed a doctors note in order to RETURN to work explaining my limitations. (HR
clearances and whatnot.) But since my "injury was very obvious," the Dr. did not believe me when I told them I needed a note. My work had to be the one calling in order to obtain a note. Fun fact: they couldn't get it either, and we were on hold for 20+ minutes. I also didn't appreciate the assumptions of how I got injured. Seems like every time someone mentions dirtbikes/motorcycles, doctors love to assume you had no gear on, or you were riding like a jackass. :/ I wasn't even asked if had any questions. However, I should've
known better from previous reviews of this clinic
