First praise where praise is due: For 2 years I had a wonderful Dr. (Obiocha) here, very thorough and his dx was spot on, evidenced by appropriate tests, imaging, and ruling out other possibilities. He referred me to specialists and needed services regularly. Unfortunately he was suddenly ‘no longer there.’ I literally cried. Then I’m placed with Dr.Hao. he was so incredibly rude! I’ve been somewhat of a medical hell and first off, he expresses contempt of me, won’t honor the refill my previous Dr. gave me, and It’s unfortunate, but this Dr really traumatized me! They mess up and force you to have another appointment. Then when you explain how the last referral was incomplete and how additionally, they billed for a service/screening not performed, you get a permanent record that says this by Dr. Hao patient overuse medical services. Patient like to complain, and Patient don’t like her screening score ‘ (regarding the screening not performed!). Wow! Just avoid this place!

This is by far the worst place to go if you're serious about your health. Dr. Minqi Hao's behavior is unprofessional and concerning. His approach to patient care lacks the necessary attention and respect that one would expect from a healthcare provider. In my opinion, his license should be revoked due to his disregard for proper medical standards and his failure to offer the competent, compassionate care that patients deserve. I strongly advise against seeking treatment here if you value your well-being.

I HAD APPOINTMENT WITH DR. HANDOJO AND SIX MONTHS AGO WITH DR. HAO . ITS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCES AND TERRIBLE SERVICES .THEY DOESN'T WANNA TO HELPS AT ALL. . Incompetent staff. Can’t even do a referral correctly. Every single thing they have done is always followed by a mistake! from appointments to receiving his labs.
Big mistake for choosing this clinic for my sick sons primary provider 🙁 if u care for ur health DO NOT pick these people to be your healthcare providers they will fail you.

Dr. Hao and all the staff at this facility has continually treated me with kindness and have helped me through my medical issues in an excellent manner since the beginning of the year. I have had multiple appointments with many doctors at various locations to due my condition and Dr. Hao, by far, has cared about me and helped me in all facets the most on several different occasions. I am truly grateful to him for all he has stepped up and done for me when no other location would help me. He is a fantastic doctor and I feel lucky to be in his care.

Majority of the time I've ever called the office no one answers. I'm no exaggerating out of 50 times ive called theyve only answerd 3 times. The automated machine says the mail box is full I can't even leave a message it says that every time I've never not heard that say any different. After it says it's full it says please wait for an operator then says sorry no operators are available goodbye and hangs up on me. I'm done with this place I'm doing research to find a better more attentive office. I wouldn't complain if this wasn't an issue. There's more i would say but it's to much to type I'm just over it this place needs better front desk people.

Prenatal care 2 years ago. Would never recommend! I was not well treated by staff, including Dr Hao. It was frustrating and nearly shocking how disorganized and disrespectful they operate. Clear lack of care for me as a patient or even as a person. Clear lack of standards, ethics, and effort overall.
