After calling six different places, I was referred to Lake Otis Medical Supply in an attempt to figure out a way to get my wife up our stairs (after knee surgery). Joe wasn't sure their solutions would work, so he drove to our home to confirm. Although the proposed options wouldn't work, Joe was professional, honest and courteous in almost immediately telling me so. I have to tip my hat to Joe's professionalism and taking time out of his day to drive all the way to our home. FIVE STARS!

The staff at Lake Otis, especially Joe, were incredibly compassionate and helpful. I was in the market for a wheelchair for the first time in my life. Helpful and welcoming Went to get a S.I belt unfortunately most where to small but the girl working Olivia was so helpful and understanding. Really amazing atmosphere I did leave with something that worked for what I needed and she also threw on a discount out of the kindness of her heart. Thanks guys.
