I noticed a lot of negative reviews on here so I wanted to share my positive experience with Lakeside. I have been with Lakeside for about 5 years and have only good things to say about them. The doctors I have seen have been very helpful and kind. I especially liked Dr. Fernandez, although I have only seen him once. The doctor I am most familiar with is our pediatrician, Dr. Voleti, and she is great! She is kind and gives personal attention to both of my children. My girls love her and also her nurse, Jessica. I have also had positive experiences with the office staff. I am so thankful to be able to receive such great care from the doctors and staff at Lakeside!

We are giving this medical group a 5-star rating, specifically for one of the staff members, Lisa, who works in referrals. We have a son with special needs that requires a lot of medical attention. Not once has his care been compromised or has his needs not been met, because Lisa is amazing, professional and caring. The other reason we want to give this group the rating we chose is because of the doctors our son has seen. His primary care doctor, Dr. Hung, as well as Dr. Vu and Dr. Brenner, always takes the time to address the concerns facing our son and gives sound medical advice to him. On top of the quality care our son receives, we are always seen in a very timely manner. Overall, we are very happy with this medical group.

Sanny who answer the phone was very short with me. I was trying to book a appointment for my Daughter who is 13 years old, I didn't realize she had her appointment this year already for her 12 year old check up. See my child is there a lot for her health and breathing problems. However the she did not need to rude and short. This office is really sad they laid off a lot of people doing this pandemic. The only reason I still go to this office because of VASANTI and her staff. They are wonderful that why I am giving a 4 star.

Dr. Voleti is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen, and makes my children feel like they are a part of their health choices. We drive pretty far to come to this office because I love the care my kids get. Yes, the office staff had problems, but the last 6 months things have really turned around.

My husband is a patient. He has been going here for a few years now. Doctors have to rush through patients quickly and don't have much time to discuss everything. My husband has been waiting on various referrals for months and has had to put in multiple requests for them before they actually get around to doing them. It's been 5 months and still trying to get a sleep study done for his apnea.

His current issue he is having, not stating what it is for privacy. Normal testing protocols is for an initial test and then a follow up test within 2-3 weeks to confirm diagnosis. However the doctor is wanting him to repeat the test in 2 MONTHS and then again in another 2 months. So basically delaying treatment by 4 months! It's crazy that he has to deal the symptoms of this issue for so long without getting help!

Then they offer a patient portal, which is a joke. They don't even update it with current information. He's been to the Doctor twice and has had labs done twice but the portal doesn't have any of that information listed. The most current info is 5 months old.

If it wasn't for the fact that his insurance sucks he would switch doctors as quickly as humanly possible!

My husband and I have been patients at Lakeside on Lyons for about 3 yrs. It's terrible. You can't get appt. He's been dealing with pain in his leg for 3 months. He has been to the office 5-6 times. They rush him in and out, prescripe different antibiotics and creams without addressing the actual problem. We're done. We're switching doctors. Even the staff in the ER said Lakeside Medical group is awful . They don't even deserve 1 star.

I am very disappointed in this medical office. The incompetence of the office staff at this location is unacceptable. My father, whom I am a caregiver for, needed his prescription filled and the front office DOES NOT answer their phone. Firstly, they sent his medication to the WRONG pharmacy, and now they do not answer their phone.

Since speaking with Sabba (spelling?), she has given me nothing but unprofessional attitude over the phone. I had explained to her whom ever is at the desk as not answered the phone for close to two hours. I was told she takes all calls and she had been answering the phone. This is why I have chosen to show my call log for their office. The medication needed to be approved by a doctor for a STROKE VICTIM.

If you have the opportunity to change medical providers please save yourself the headache and avoid this office.

This has been the worse experience ever in this facility with Dr. Andrea Vo's Nurse, Maria she was extremely rude, aggressive, not attentive and helpful like a nurse should be. I had to ask her twice what my blood pressure was and did not even give me the pulse rate. Some medical assistant's just need more nursing education, this particular nurse needs more training and education. Awful experience. Will not see Dr. Vu anymore if I have to see this rude nurse. May have to change from Lakeside Medical to another facility.
