Cathy saved my life with sending me for the MRI in February and having a rush on results that found issues on my brain. Sending me to Floyd in Rome. Who would have known I had a bacterial infection in my blood that attacked my heart. That required open Heart surgery and a valve replaced one of the other being repaird.This was so bad I had a 25% chance of surviving the surgery and only 5 days of life if I choosed not to. Will always be greatful to Lakeside and Cathy for saving my life.

The staff here is amazing, the facility is just beautiful, and the providers are too notch. They are knowledgeable and educated. I never have to wait long at all to see someone. Being in the medical field for many years, I know what it takes to make a patient feel comfortable and important and this place does it. I recommend them ten times over. You won't find better care anywhere.

Walked in and made an appointment, it was that easy. ALL other places were telling me to fill out an application and they'd have to get back to me, but not Lakeside. Sometimes you have to wait a little past your appointment. This tells you the provider cares more about patients than timetables. Everyone is very friendly and they play Christian music in the waiting room.

The receptionist was quick to get my information put in. It was a clean facility. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great service! Great and caring people. I will use them again in the future. I loved not having a long wait time.

My Mother has dementia and forgot her appointment to get the second covid vaccine. She has called repeatedly to attempt to reschedule and has only been able to get the answering machine. This is totally unacceptable to me. I do not recommend this office because this seems unprofessional to me.

The doctors there are very nice and knowledgeable! The lady up front is rude!!! We have been there multiple times and she has never been nice! You can hear her talking about you to the ppl in the back! We use to come here every visit but we hardly come now just bc of her!
