Terrible attitude. There was a guy blowing the side walk that works her and he started blowing debris on my car and would not stop… I blew my horn and he still wouldn’t stop. He looked at me with an attitude and frowns on his face plus he flipped me off! Mind you the entire time in still in my car

There is no diversity, CNA's are not certified d/t them being kitchen staff/housekeeping. Administrator is bias, rude, condiciding, and likes to talk down to her staff. There is a shortage with staff. 99.8% of the staff is Indonesia. I was told that I was racist by the DON for correcting a staff member from verbally/ physically abusing a resindet by false imprisoning a resident so that he could sleep during the shift, which was precieved by the DON and the administrator that the correction was racially motivated, and the administrator did nothing about it but instead inserted herself instead of remaining neutral. They will throw their nurses under the bus and act as if they have your back. CNA's are lazy in come to work just to sleep. There is more medical then pyschiatrist patients at this facility. CNA's verbally abuse the residnets whenever the residents attemp to exert their rights which has lead to an increase of staff assaults and unnecessary injuries with the residents attacking staff more frequently. They no nothing about therapeutic communication when it comes to the residents instead they go straight for the injection/ restraints , they never utilizes de-escalation or CPI protocol. They lie to state all the time and copy/ paste false documentation. The DSD makes you feel uncomfortable when speaking to him. There is severe nepotism which makes it hard for you to do your job because you never know who your reporting and who is going to retaliate against you for doing your job. Don't waste your time working at this facility because you want last long if you have a Mind of your own and you cherish your license. I can speak on it because I self terminated myself. They have a high turnover when it comes to other races and orientation as there not accepting to everybody. The administrator acts as if she owns the facility and there is no proper channels for despite resolution. They don't have a HR.

I Was a Client there the staff and group leaders the front office thanks a lot for everything much respect 4 Rosemary 4 letting me come back and 4 being there 4 me when my father passed I will never forget the love the staff showed me at the time of my loss Tony thanks 4 praying with me. I just called this place a man named Ryan answered and was very nice but we unfortunately had bad phone reception so I said I would call back. So I did so and this time a rude unprofessional woman answered the phone rushing me off the phone said they are busy call back Monday through Friday and hung up even though the business was still open. Worst place ever if I could rate 0 I would
