What a perfect shopping experience! I went into Lang Home Medical Equipment with marching orders from my doctor, but no idea how to purchase the right chair. Jill took me carefully through the options. She had so much patience with me and insured that I walked out comfortable in the knowledge that I had made the right purchase.

I would never have received that level of attention at a Lay-Z-Boy or other chain store. (I have learned that Lang has been family owned for, I believe, 35 years.)

The chair is now in my home. It is the most comfortable one I’ve ever sat in and it has the features prescribed by my doctor. I give Lang the highest marks.

Nothing but five stars for Lang Home Medical and the Algonquin location. My mother is in assisted living and have purchased many items through Lang. We have ALWAYS experienced knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. I highly recommend Lang Home Medical.

Lang Medical Equipment does not even deserve one star. I went there falsely believing it was a "good" company that has been in business for some time. If you are a individual or a hospital, etc. beware of their restocking fees and "special order" policy. If you don't specifically ask what their policy is before you pay, you will not know your going to loss possibly a great deal of money until after you are giving your receipt and see it in small print on the last page at the bottom. If you are on a fixed income you probably can't afford the loss nor the shock. Look elsewhere for better policies and better pricing.
