I am a new patient that has recently relocated from Hawaii. I have been so stressed about finding a new physician to fit all my medical needs, and I have a lot of them. I have had nothing but the best treatment from Dr. Marks and his office staff. Dr. Marks sent out all the referrals I needed in one visit, and he didn’t just rush me through, he handled each medical concern with the upmost care and the time it should be allotted. Angelo, Mable, D, and the rest of the staff were so polite, respectful, and most importantly on top of following through with each request. I am beyond satisfied with my new doctor/doctor’s office staff. They have made my transition much easier and stress free. I expected run-around, but I was surprised to get the opposite. Great Job Las Posas Family Medical Group!!! Keep up the great service!!!

I have been coming to this clinic for the pass 4 years and it has been an excellent clinic. They have been able to work with my schedule, from office staff are always nice and great you with a nice smile. The nurses are amazing and very understanding. I have had 4 different doctors and they have all been very good. From medication refills to referrals and care. I give this clinic a 5 star but if I could give them more I would. Dr. Marks is my new primary and he is great. Probably one of the best clinics I have ever been. Very clean, everyone acts proffecional and willing to help. I love that they have a 15 min window if you’re running late. Which I have a few times and they usually helped me. But they can always re-schedule me very soon. I like that I can communicate with my Doctor directly via an app I downloaded. I get my labs results and get my medication refill. I highly this clinic.

There is such a lack of professionalism and empathy in this office. I recently had a horrible experience trying to get some blood work done. Not only did I wait almost an hour (because they forgot I was there), but the phlebotomist Yvette punctured a nerve while trying to draw my blood. She was too busy talking that she failed to pay attention to what she was doing. She didn't even bother apologizing, or at the very least giving me a band-aid. To add insult to injury, Dr. Kimberly went in to ask what was happening (I was already in tears from the pain), and Yvette told her my vein moved. Dr. Kimberly just said, "She'll be okay. You know what you're doing. You know what you're doing." When I explained to the doctor why I was disappointed with her office, Yvette just laughed. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. They take zero accountability, lack customer service, and have people working there who are highly incompetent.

I appreciate my Nurse Angelina for always being kind, courteous, professional, and works with my schedule as possibly as she could. She’s the best !
I have gone to Dr. Kondal for a couple years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I’ve received. He’s an amazing person very caring , kind, friendly while maintaining professional. He never rushes me out he always takes his time to answer all my questions or concerns. He always provides the best care. He’s an excellent and unique Dr. I’m very happy to have him as my primary.
I highly recommend Dr. Koldal He's the BEST.

I've had a really bad experience with this group today. Lady #1 takes in all my info, asks all the questions and then placed me on a very long hold to get me an appointment... lady #1 never comes back. ? I guess she forgot about about me, to be nice. Not really, she sent someone else to start the questioning all over again. They don't care about us. They don't care enough. I'll be looking for another doctor, thanks to this group of ladies.

Drove 45 mins in the pouring rain to have a consultation with a new Pediatrician for my daughter. I waited 6 weeks for this appointment. Unfortunately due to the bad driving conditions I was 10 mins late. The girl helping me at the front desk had a terrible attitude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She first tried to send me to Urgent care which means she had no idea why i was there to begin with, then she said because I was "so" late i would have to reschedule the consultation and wait another 6 weeks. I might be a little understanding of this, however there was not one person in that waiting room, so they were not busy. Not to mention the doctor my daughter had previously in this office was THE WORST. Just a terrible experience from the start.

I was excited to see Dr Kondol was working here but when I attempted to schedule an appointment I was met with rude and poor customer service. Due to this, I would say go else where, and based on others reviews it appears this place is trash.

Over all the doctors seem to just want people to come in and out. I pulled my ACL and one of the doctors pulled out a pamphlet to see if she could figure out what was wrong with it. I was just looking for a referral. And really recently I just saw the doctor and he pretty much just told me to deal with my pain and now I have more issues developing. I called this morning to reschedule an appointment but I might as will just go to the ER. Don’t wait for them to call you or give you your results! They won’t call.
