They're insolent and rude. They aren't accommodating. They're nasty. I have sexual trauma and they barely accommodated my literal age regression. I froze and they began treating me like a stupid child when I was terrified and triggered. They spoke to me like I was 2 and didn't know a single thing. Learn people skills and I might come back. That's step 1 of many steps, it seems to me.

The people I met and spoke with was very helpful and kind. They got me scheduled in the day after I called them and the girl that helped me was very patient and took the time to explain everything I had questions about.

Was pretty quick. I had a scheduled appointment though. I give three stars because most of the staff seemed less than interested in my concerns, and I feel like my initial reasons for having the appointment were just brushed off. They just seemed way more focused on having me tested for STDs than making sure the real reasons I came were met. I asked repeatedly about my concerns but I was told I needed to go see a doctor to get a diagnosis which completely defeated the purpose of going to see them. The entire visit seemed that a complete waste of my time! Take the bill and go to a REAL doctors office. This place with waste your time AND take your money.
I've also been struggling with the patient portal and cant get in contact with a single person to fix it. Which is even worse. The very least they could do is talk to me!

Absolutely horrible. I called to make an appointment and when I asked when the next opening was, the lady said “ok” and hung up. Worthless, careless workers.
