Out of all the outpatient programs I've been to Launch to Wellness is definitely a place I would recommend to someone seeking treatment. All the facilitators are overqualified! The knowledge and insight they were able to offer me was vital in my journey of change. All the staff at Launch genuinely cares and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and accommodate your needs. I love this place!

I attended launch to wellness from September - April. I stayed as long as I could because I loved it so much and it helped me work through so much in my sobriety and mental health . Even after graduating I still am in touch with all the friends I made at launch and launch continues to help me in so many ways !!! Out of all the programs I have gone to this one is by far the best and really cares about everyone who comes through the doors. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need and have great long term after care set up . In the simplest way I can put it, Launch to Wellness saved my life. I have been through many mental health/substance abuse treatment facilities, and this one has by far helped me the most. I took a tremendous amount away from Launch during my 6-month stint here in treatment. From the owners to the technicians, EVERY single person that works at Launch is immensely dedicated to helping others.

The therapists at Launch are second to none. My therapist in particular helped me more than any other therapist I have worked with in over a decade of seeking mental health services. She was the most life-changing clinician I have had the pleasure of working with to date. She taught me so much about addiction, my past, my PTSD, my current behaviors, where those behaviors originated, and how to better navigate the plagues of substance abuse, as well as to help me better understand myself and my mental health.

Additionally, some of the best facilitators I have worked with in treatment thus far are leading the groups at Launch to Wellness. Everyone is so thoughtful, caring, and compassionate. Everyone has a depth of experience that truly affects change in the lives of those who struggle with mental disorders. The environment created at Launch is one that fosters a higher chance of success in beating mental illness and addiction more so than many other programs I have attended. There is just an energy that permeates throughout the culture of Launch to Wellness.

​This was my 3rd attempt at sobriety in the last 2 years. I have bounced around from program to program, seeing little to no results. For the first time, I have found success in battling my substance abuse issues along with my depression, anxiety, and multiple other mental health disorders I suffer from. As a dual-diagnosis treatment center, there are many qualified therapists, facilitators, and staff to be able to address both struggles with substance abuse and mental health in several modalities. From talk therapy, to EMDR, to breath work, to sound bath, to art, to fitness and nutrition, to trauma processing…there exists a multitude of ways to find success in healing/recovery and building the life you always wanted to live.

​I want to take a moment to remind anyone reading this that treatment in addiction/mental health is just as much about how much you put into it as it is how much you get back. Not every clinician/facility is going to be a perfect fit for everyone, everywhere. There will be times when you will greatly enjoy and appreciate those that are there to help you. And there will be times when you may feel as though there is a better fit for the treatment you seek. This journey is about continuing to take the next right step. To make the next right move, and to speak up/advocate for yourself and your recovery. Always keep moving forward and ask for help if you feel as though you are lacking support.

I cannot promise you that everyone will have the same experience I had going through Launch to Wellness. But I can promise you that if you work hard, keep an open mind, and let those who dedicate their lives to helping you do so, you will take SOMETHING away from your time here. I was completely hopeless, and now I have been healed of many of my struggles with mental health, living a life I couldn’t have possibly imagined before my time here.

Launch To Wellness is by far the best treatment center in the greater Los Angeles area. I attended LTW for 4 months going through their IOP program and can honestly say they saved my life. I struggled with major depression, alcoholism and addiction for most of my life; all involved in this program attributed to my successful ongoing sobriety and recovery. I was provided the necessary tools to be mentally, spiritually, and physically fit to live a healthy life. They provide various types of therapy including breath work, sound baths, workout classes and even groups on nutrition. I’m truly blessed to have gone through this wonderful place. All involved in this wonderful place play an essential part to helping others live healthy ongoing lifestyles. I love everyone here and will always be grateful for them.
