Worst doctor I’ve ever had an experience with, didn’t take any of my symptoms seriously, 2 days later I had a grand maul seizure and now waiting for brain surgery. Would not recommend, a vet tech would take better care of you.

Dr Lester is the best—she is so helpful and spent time with me to discuss my various medical conditions. She sees my daughter also and is great and soothing with children. Our whole family goes to her for general health issues. She is a gem!

She totally dismissed me on my first appointment I had with her. I asked about taking a new diabetes medication and all she said was “all diabetics should be on Metformin”. She had never even heard of the drug even though there’s ads all over tv for it. She’s just super rude and the whole office is incompetent from the front desk that double charged me and her nurse that called in my prescription for antibiotics to CVS instead of Walgreens like I asked so it took me 3 days to get them. Anyway she needs to learn to listen to her patients.

Imagine having two appointments with a new PCP because you recently moved to hot springs, going over all of ur medications wth a nurse on your 1st initial appt, only to have her send in, at your request, two medication refills that were due, that you have taken for the last 5 years, INCORRECTLY (less dosage / less quantity), leaving you no choice but to double & triple up on the number of pills actually prescribed. Then, you run out mid-month, call & talk to a nurse…..FIVE different times requesting she simply correct her mistake with Walgreens so that you will have enough medication to get you through the remainder of the month……ONLY TO BE IGNORED, EVERY TIME!
I think it’s fair to say that one can only assume that her patient’s well-being, their state-of-mind, as well as their
satisfaction, are NOT a priority nor a concern of Dr. Laura Lester’s. Proceed with caution.

They changed my appointment from 9 am. And made it to 3 pm. Then when I show up at 2:30 they won’t be able to see me now bc the doctor is booked. Terrible service, I guess I’ll go anywhere else. Also no reminder call and or text. This could have been avoided
