I spent over five minutes on hold just to try to speak with a representative. The representative was very rude. Unfortunately, my form did not have an ICD code as I told her about three times over the phone. She wanted me to email the referral form and have someone else call me back to scheduleI ended up scheduling in Silver Spring. They didn't mind the fact that I did not have an ICD code and they were not making me email the form. I would not even go here to this location.

I came to Laurel Radiology for an HSG procedure and I was pretty nervous about it. I cannot say enough about how truly comforting Dr. Thomas and all the Laurel Radiology staff were. When I called to schedule the procedure, they were able to get me in right away. They gave clear instructions and called the day before the procedure to remind me about the appointment, reiterate the instructions, and ask if I had any questions. The office was very easy to find. From the moment I entered the office I felt a sense of calm created by the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of EVERYONE I came in contact with. Dr. Thomas, in particular, took the time to explain everything, in detail, both before and during the procedure. She was fast, gentle, and really made me feel at ease. She went to great effort to ensure, throughout the sensitive procedure, I felt dignified and respected. I have not had a better experience in any medical office I have ever visited. Thank you Dr. Thomas and all the Laurel Radiology staff!!!

Everyone i came in contact on this day was so kind and considerate. I was upstairs at another apartment and I was afraid I was gonna run a little late and they were so understanding but I didn’t run late and one young lady. I don’t remember the young black lady name but when I said she was so compassionate and kind, i was overwhelmed but she was patient and held me out a lot. The Ct tech was very professional. The service that is always great and never along wait.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT COME TO LAUREL RADIOLOGY FOR ANY SERVICES! Do not even bother wasting your time and scheduling an appointment with this office! The front desk staff at this location are very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially CANDICE, her tone and behavior are not fitting for a doctor’s office. I knew something was off the minute I called to try and schedule an appointment. The front desk staff was not on the same page when it came to scheduling my appointment. I was being told several different things about my appointment time and availability.

The actual day of my appointment it took forever for me to get called to the back to see the doctor for the procedure. As if my experiences weren’t already bad, it only got worse. The following day after my procedure, I wasn’t feeling well. The pain only intensified after a few days. I called to follow up with the office about my concerns and it was a complete disaster. I called back to follow up because I had excessive bleeding and wasn’t feeling well due to the HSG procedure. The front desk was up to their normal unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I was basically brushed off and told to contact my primary care doctor by the front desk. I will never come back to this office again, nor do I recommend them for care. This was a horrible experience. They didn’t even follow the directions from the referral and send my results to the correct doctor and fax number. Even though I specifically advised the front desk before leaving the appointment. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND LOOK FOR CARE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I had a great experience. The front desk staff was professional friendly and informative. I appreciate the organized and clean waiting area. I had a fluoroscopy and the doctor made my experience very smooth. She explained the process and kept me informed throughout the procedure. This was my first time so that was much appreciated. This was my first time at Laurel Radiology Services. When I arrived for my appointment, the wait time was less then 10 minutes. The staff was very personable, friendly and helpful. Bob, the gentleman that instructed me on where to change and took the first xray, was also nice and way cool. Dr Thomas did my procedure, she is extremely nice and made sure that I was okay during the process. I would highly recommend this location even though I don't live in the area.
