I absolutely love this office! The whole staff is amazing. Everyone has great customer service and so helpful. It's usually pretty easy to book an appointment and been seen quickly. I am grateful for Dr.Thai, she is really kind, informative and treats her patients like people and not just a number. I highly recommended this office. Thank you so much.

I recommend Dr. Thai and her staff including Sergio. They have all gone above and beyond to make sure that any treatment, including specialists I need are taken care of promptly. I have a family with this provider, and her team. Even times during frustration, Dr. Thai and her crew set me at ease. Just be patient, doctors are human too, they have feelings. One thing I know for sure, 1st Family Medicine Laveen has my back! Dr. Thai and crew, thank you all for everything you've done, and continue to do. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I’m glad I found the clinic. Dr Thai is very kind, listens to concerns, and is honest about the best ways forward. The front office staff and MAs are also great. When I first started coming here I had to go to a separate place for lab draws which was inconvenient. Now they do it all in house which makes a big difference for me. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new PCP.

Dr. Thai and her whole team are amazing. I was a little Nervous when I moved here from Tucson and finding a doctor When I went into Dr. Thai’s office, the front desk the MA and Dr. Thai herself are very nice. You check in for your appointment and you’re in the back office no less than 10 minutes, she sees you and attends to you and your needs. I would recommend Laveen’s first family If you are looking for a new doctor or even wanting to establish care
