My father goes to the health club for seniors and doctor orders. Of course there's people that come into the sauna selling things. This is so not right, they are preying on the elderly and probably watching their every move. I will report this to the powers that be. Be careful sending your parents there, as they not protected from drifters. I will have him go to a decent area fitness center where they keep an eye on suspicious activity. I'm sure these reviews don't do anything. I will notify the Mayor's office hopefully they will do something.

I been here since 11:00 I have an appointment at 11:45 am came in 45 minutes earlier like they asked me people that got here after me are being seen and when I go up and asked the front desk she just said “there’s a lot of people” so how are people that came after me being seen before me I tough it was by time that’s why it’s an APPOINTMENT!! 3750 w Ogden y’all need to do better with front desk and all the team!!

I saw a PA today, been coughing up thick phlegm and blood in my mucus for 5 weeks. The PA prescribes robitussin and honey and to come back in two weeks. I guess you have to be on your death bed to get an amoxicillin these days. Why do medical “professionals” think they are standing on some high ground by refusing to give even the mildest antibiotics. They’d rather have you struggle with a cough for 6 weeks. Good clinicians pay attention to what the patients and family members are concerned about, and actually use their medical exam skills. Don’t waste your time and money here. Just go to Walgreens and get your DayQuil.

Great experience visiting the Ogden location for a pediatrician’s appointment. We were met by caring staff, check in was easy and our nurse practitioner was kind and helpful. We appreciated Dr McCaulley’s whole person approach and the time that she and nurse took to learn more about my child.

Been here with my dad who is 79yrs old since 10:30am for a schedule appointment. There is no valid reason why he still hasn’t been call. Very upset right now. Wished I could give them a negative-10. There is no sorry for inconvenience I work at a out patient faculty. To have a 79yr old patient waiting over an hour is un caused for.

I’ve been going to this clinic over 29 years from the receptionist to the head of this clinic has been nothing but professional kind caring ETC . I love my Dr . Catherine Lin I wouldn’t change her for nothing , not to say the other physicians are not great but she’s been my physician since she started along time ago . Let’s not forget about the dentist they are great as well , when you mentioned Dentist we get afraid and wants to back out, not here at Lawndale the staff make you very comfortable and assure you there’s nothing to be afraid of. I Love this Clinic and the staff . Thank you Lawndale for your service.

I will never make an appointment at this Health Center again. They made me wait over a month and a half to see a doctor to only cancel the appointment a couple weeks before the appointment date. The reason for the cancellation was Dr. Edward would not be there on the date of the appointment. When I called to see if I could perhaps keep the appointment date and be seen by another doctor or reschedule for something within the time frame of the original appointment I was told that the earliest available appointment would be two months away. It is ludicrous to wait four months to see a doctor. I think this is poor way to treat people seeking medical help. It is very unchristian like.

What I like about this health center are that the doctors and staffs actually care about the patients instead of only care about the money. The doctors that I'm seeing are very caring and always asking questions to ensure the health of the patients' physical and emotional wellbeing. From my previous doctor visit, I can see that Dr. Casey was taking her time to do my physical check up to make sure everything is alright with me instead of rushing through it. Besides, when I was feeling a dizzy after drawing bloods, the nurse was so nice trying to find ice-pack for me and even gave me a bottle water to drink. She was really trying to make sure that I am okay before I leave. I really appreciate her act of kindness and that definitely make a difference!
