The wait time is long in the mornings. I went in for a 8am appointment with a nurse. and I waited for over 45mins to be seen. This is ridiculous. They told me they had prayer in the morning but how about you let your patients know they are going to wait almost an hour. Then maybe I could've scheduled a later time.

If you want better treatment definitely go in person otherwise you’ll keep getting hung up on or not taken seriously!

I like the staff here. They’re nice and do their job. But the wait is crazy! I wait 30 min to be taken to a room. And I arrive on time to my appointment. Even 10 min earlier just in case. But then I have to wait another 40-50 min to be seen by a provider. This is the second time I’ve had to wait such long times.

I just wish it wouldn’t take this long for short times I actually see the doctor.

My dr this time around is great. Dr. Heidi. I feel like my opinion in regards to my birth plans are respected and not judged. If you arrive and check in early as suggested the wait time is short.
My only complaint is the automated system. There's times you'll be on hold for a long time and it disconnects on its own without anyone ever speaking to you.
