Didn’t have to make an appointment. I walked in on Sunday December 22 at or around 9:45am got checked in immediately. The lady who was at the front desk that day was so pleasant and welcoming. She was kind, caring and very helpful. Just that alone made for a good experience. I wish I had gotten her name. Some people are rude, uncaring and not understanding of you or your reasoning for coming to urgent care. Dr Alexander listened and was very attentive. I didn’t feel rushed. She had a concern about my blood pressure and told me to follow up with my PCP. Overall a great experience at that location. If ever I needed to again, I would definitely go back.

I had gone to this LCMC urgent care for a tetanus shot after cutting my finger with a rusty blade at work. When I first arrived, I was greeted and ask how I could be helped. The doctor called me back right away to do an assessment on my finger. He determined it was not serious enough for stitches but I would need a shot for the rusty blade. He did inform me that they were shorthanded and the wait would be long. I went back into lobby to fill out paperwork and the receptionist was so nice. She also let me know of the staffing situation. During my wait, I was on the phone with claims department and I asked the receptionist at least 30 questions and she answered them all with a smile. I do recall her apologizing for the wait more than twice. Once I was called back, I had my vitals taken, the doctor came in, gave me my shot and once again apologized for the long wait. I really appreciate the staff for being as attentive and for showing courtesy. Not too many places you go to where they are short staffed the ppl are super nice and really show that the patients are what matter; even in that stressful situation.I highly recommend this LCMC.

LCMC Urgent Care was one of the best visits I have ever had to a medical facility. The staff was so very pleasant and professional and my medical service worked. I was leery of urgent care, I did not believe they would be as comprehensive in their duties to provide me the care I know I deserve, I WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG, They were competent and compassionate. Thank you for your services, I pray I will not have to come back. However, I feel very confident that if I have a need for emergency medical services, I will receive the highest quality of care available. I chose 4 stars because the last time I was here I felt disregarded and unheard by the doctor. This time Dr. T Battley was very attentive, entered the room already very knowledgeable of my medical records over the last month (a lot). So before even starting, I felt seen, and acknowledged. He throughly explained his treatment plan and I am already feeling better 2 days later.

Most importantly, was seen quickly, the people were nice and professional, and I was satisfied with the care. Should be a 5 star review - except…

They are a third party provider for LCMC so you get stuck filling out forms upon arrival even though you are a regular LCMC patient. I use LCMC across the board because I hate filling in multiple duplicative paper forms and a true part of LCMC just needs to see my ID and I’m good to go. This location is NOT a true part of LCMC and I had to fill out two forms that asked for duplicate information that already resides in the LCMC database. It was a frustrating experience and I’m not sure I’ll go back to this location, solely because of this issue. The very nice front desk person says that it was a one time problem and that for future visits form filling won’t be necessary. If I go back and I have the same experience I’ll come back here and give them a zero star review.

I was seen timely. The staff was very informative and explained my diagnosis Tom me. Followed back up with me when I had a question about a prescription that was sent over to my pharmacy. It was resolved by the time I went to pick up my prescription. Will definitely go again if I have too.

Everyone at the LCMC urgent care facility was great. I was taken back on time, the nurse was kind and professional, and the doctor was great. She took the time to explain my illness and provided appropriate treatment. Was really kind and caring. Better than going to your PCP to be honest with you!

Wonderful and conveniently located, this minor med is perfect. It appears that this is a new location. The front office staff is kind and friendly. You are able to make appointments online and wait times are listed. Everything is transparent and efficient. The space is wonderful, clean and bright with ample parking. It is easy to get in and get back on the road.

The nurse was kind, patient and attentive. As well, Dr. Miller was just amazing. He had a friendly, congenial demeanor (not to be redundant in any way) and focused on ensuring you will get the care you need. I really appreciated how he greeted me and his easy professional manner.

I fully recommend this facility. There are a number of specialties the physicians there are able to handle and you leave knowing that you are on the road back to health.
