When I arrived at the urgent care, there was a kisok there to sign in. I had one lady Infront of me. I did not have to wait long at all. The staff was professional and courteous. The nurse triaged me. There was a tv in my room to keep my dad and I calm til the doctor came in to give me my treatment plan. I felt like I was heard by the doctor. Dr. Paul answered my questions. I was discharged with instructions to complete my care at home. My medicines were e-filed to my pharmacy of choice. l would like to thank the staff for their excellence and knowledge to treat me with precision.

I can honestly say I did not make it past the receptionist desk even though my Dr with LCMC advised me to go there. Since they did not take my insurance I was told I would have to pay a minimum of $170. Nope nope went straight across to Ochsner and glad I did. I was diagnosed with flu type A and bronchial pneumonia where I was treated there promptly. I won’t be going back to this urgent care again. If you have Aetna do not waste your time here.

I went to this urgent care after I had a bad experience at another LCMC urgent care. P Thomas PA-C and her assistant for the day took great care of me. They took what I was saying seriously. She ran every test that she could on me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I felt cared for and not ignored. Great service! Excellent providers!
