I will only do business with Access Medical Supply for medical needs.
Ms. Kathy was a very big help, the prices are the best and the same as other companies, They also worked with the insurance for me and that took a load off of me.
I had to get my mother who has dementia as well as other medical issues, I like that the mattress is a firm foam bed that you can put an air bed topper on it to make the bed soft, medium or firm also the mattress and bed were brand new (big plus).
As for Mr. Mike Cherry whom delivered and set the the bed up he was extremely professional, my mom happened to be sleeping in the room that he set the bed up in and she didn’t hear a sound, I can’t express how fast yet quietly he set the bed up, he was a very sweet caring professional gentleman.
Thank you very much Ms. Kathy and Mr. Mike Cherry (I believe his name was) and the rest of the team at Access Medical Supply for your kindness and professionalism.

I have worked with this company for over a year. I have found there to be a lot of miscommunication and at times very poor customer service. I was told my supplies would be sent automatically every 3 months starting in April 2023 and I would no longer have to receive automated calls to confirm if I needed the supples. Figured that’s what was happening since I don’t get automated calls from them anymore. I called today and was told that’s not how it works. News to me. I am very confused as to why I am told different things by different staff. I have had more negative than positive interactions with this establishment. Todays is just the most recent that made me finally decide to leave a review. I also find when I have an issue, if I call back after speaking to someone, they send me to voicemail after one ring. I am thankful I am well, but worry for the person in poor health to working with this company given how difficult it is to get accurate and consistent communication.

I wish to express my profound disappointment regarding the billing practices of Access Medical South. My experience with the company has regrettably been marred by an extremely untimely and unprofessional approach to billing.

Approximately eight months ago, I availed myself of Access Medical South's services. During this time, I received satisfactory service, and no issues were raised concerning payment or billing. However, my dismay was palpable upon receiving a bill for these services almost a year after their provision.

The delay in billing not only caught me off guard but also created a notable inconvenience. It is unrealistic to expect customers to retain records and allocate financial resources for services rendered such a long time ago. The delayed billing not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism but also an absence of transparency and fairness in the company's operations.

In my attempt to address this issue, I contacted Access Medical South's customer service department. Unfortunately, the response I received was characterized by a lack of empathy and understanding. The representative with whom I interacted displayed minimal willingness to engage in a constructive dialogue regarding my concerns, prioritizing payment over addressing my grievances.

I urge potential clients to exercise caution when considering a business relationship with Access Medical South. Their billing practices not only exude unprofessionalism but also undermine the essential trust between a company and its customers. Regrettably, my experience with this company has left a palpable sense of disappointment and a compromised sense of trust. Previously had a CPAP for over 6 yrs which unfortunately stopped working. Told my new CPAP machine was covered. Then started receiving bills for “rental” of CPAP machine and for the humidifier. Surprised they didn’t charge rent for the charging cable! Told it was “ineligible” for the insurance and had to rent till I paid for it. Had them take the machine back. No machine and out the $596 or get sent to collection. Feel cheated and lied to. I’d give a zero star if I could. Worse experience ever.

Was delivered hospital bed after having spinal surgery. Gulf Coast hospital sent this company with a horrible bed. I called complaining about the mattress being hard as brick. The lady said she'd come get it if I don't like it.(RUDE). I knew the VA would take care of me. Brand new bed memory foam mattress soft as can be from MESA, Tampa FL.

LIARS !!‼️. I stated emphatically if the item is not covered by Medicare and supplemental plan “F” , I DON’T WANT IT ‼️. She responded, don’t worry it is 100% free. I just got an invoice bill in the mail today. Good thing I recorded the phone conversation. Even still, I will have to jump through many hoops, to protect my excellent credit rating.

The most unethical company. Beware. They have my mothers Medicare and insurance info. However they refuse to tell me how much a hospital bed rental will cost is monthly… until they put the bed in my home. Yet I would have to sign a contract to pay for cost of goods with out knowing the price. That doesn’t seem legal. I’ll find another company that does business honestly.
