If I could give it a ZERO I would. I’d like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this location. Unfortunately, I found the manager, Kim, to be unaccommodating during my visit. Additionally, I observed that another customer was prioritized ahead of us, despite arriving after our party.

While I appreciate the excellent service provided by the sales associate who assisted me, I feel compelled to advise others against interactions with the manager. If possible, I recommend seeking assistance at a different location for a more positive experience.

I came into the store to get some parts of my glasses fixed (the nose buds). The service was very nice, very quick, and they didn’t even charge me a penny. They cleaned my glasses, gave me new nose buds and even tightened the lenses (even though I forgot to ask them to fixed that as well). Very cool, professional, cultural. Wasn’t expecting this. Thank you. 🙏

*STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH*
I should have believed the reviews before decided to go here!! I had a terrible experience picking up my glasses. The staff member was rude from the start. I asked why my high-index lenses were so thick when I ordered the thinnest, and she was dismissive. When I noticed a hard fiber between the lens and the frame and asked about it, they insisted nothing was wrong and tried to gaslight me that i was making up things. Eventually, they checked again in the back and they said it was hair—what hair? This makes me question their quality control. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
PLS GO GET YOUR GLASSES SOMEWHERE ELSE! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A BRANCH! I can’t believe I ignored the reviews and made the mistake of giving this place a chance. My experience picking up my glasses was an absolute disaster—no, it was a complete joke! We paid for our eyeglasses on January 11th and were promised they’d be ready in 7 to 10 days. What a lie! After countless follow-up calls, the staff treated us like we were inconveniencing them, responding with nothing but rudeness and zero accountability. It was like they were actively trying to make the experience worse. I finally got my pair a week ago, and my wife had to wait even longer, receiving hers just two days ago. How is this acceptable? The incompetence, the lack of professionalism, and the outright disdain for customers is beyond appalling. This place is a dumpster fire of terrible service. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the headache and avoid this awful place at all costs! PERIOD!

Dr. Jenny Park's staff especially Heather is very attentive to clients' needs and can handle quite a bit of paperwork efficiently in order that clients can get their frames and lenses quickly and with the least amount of fuss.

*Disappointing Customer Service Experience*

I recently visited this store to have my eyeglasses repaired, but unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. Upon entering, I was greeted with indifference as staff walked by without offering assistance or even acknowledging my presence.

After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, I took the initiative to approach the desk and inquire about repairing my glasses. Fortunately, David stepped in and efficiently addressed my needs.

- Lack of initiative from staff to assist customers
- Long wait times without acknowledgment
- Poor customer interaction

- David provided excellent service once engaged

While my glasses were successfully repaired, the disappointing customer service experience has led me to decide not to return.
