Both of my children have been coming here since we transferred with the military in 2019. They have been seeing Alicia Cline NP and love her. My daughter is 16 and she’s really helping in understanding and explaining her concerns with her and my son is 13 and feels perfectly comfortable still seeing her as he gets a little older. She’s very sweet and easy to talk to. I’m a happy parent knowing my children are in great hands! Could not recommend her enough!

After 3 other pediatricians we had in the past - Lexington Pediatrics is a game changer! No problem scheduling sick visit - before the only option for us was the Boston's Children emergency department. Our doctor is awesome! Never ignoring any symptoms, very knowledgeable and the kids love him! There was never a case that they couldn't help - diagnosis was always accurate.

Our kids have been patients at Lexington Pediatrics since birth, and we couldn’t be happier! The practice has always been well run. Our kids' pediatrician, Dr. Mailloux is patient, knowledgeable, and great with our boys. She engages them directly and is always prepared for our visits, reviewing and recalling our particular concerns through the months and years, and answering our questions with great care. All of the other providers we've seen for various sick visits have been wonderful. The MyChart online communication portal is FANTASTIC and makes communication very easy. The location is easily reached and parking is a breeze in the off-street lot.

The office staff has always been super nice and responsive. Our kids' PCP, Dr. Lock, always gives them good advice on health and habits.

We recently had an incident of medical misdiagnosis that other parents should know about. Dr. Lederman is very nice, but not competent. Twice, over a week, my son saw her to treat flu-like symptoms. She ordered COVID and flu tests, plus a chest X-ray the second time "just to rule out pneumonia" even though her stethoscope detected no sign of breathing issues. She completely missed the fact that he had a raging bacterial nose infection. This is inexcusable misdiagnosis. I would not want my child to see her again.

UPDATE:
The PCP did an investigation, spoke with all medical professionals involved with the case, and called me to share the results. He was very professional and took the case seriously. Lesson learned for everyone.

We have been very happy with Lexington Pediatrics. We brought our kids here as newborns and are still here 15 years later. We are always able to get an appointment quickly for sick visits-even on weekends. Office staff is courteous and responsive. Nurse triage actually answers the phone when you call with a question or issue and gets back to you with answers very quickly. Highly recommend this practice!

Our boys have been patients of Dr. Lock since birth. We have seen many of the providers at Lexington Pediatrics over the past 7 years and have been consistently impressed with the quality of care. For urgent issues or after hours matters, we have never had any issues receiving a timely response. They make scheduling our boys appointments easy - seeing them together when needed. We are genuinely thankful, in particular, for Dr. Lock and his compassionate, practical, and thoughtful approach to caring for our precious boys.
