This and the Fremont location both provide top quality service. We initially couldn't book with the Castro Valley, but they referred to us the Fremont location. We booked with Fremont, but the Castro Valley location called us back when there was availability. That was very courteous of them.

Rachel at Lice Removal Clinics in Castro Valley did an impeccable job removing lice and eggs from my daughter’s and my hair. After an unsuccessful attempt at using an at home treatment, we decided to come to the clinic to do a full treatment. They are very thorough and did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable during the whole process. The clinic is spotless and very kid friendly! After one treatment we are lice free. This place is absolutely amazing! Found out kids had lice and they stayed open past their closing time to make sure all my kids got a treatment! Great for kids! And adults. So thorough checking their hair. Made sure everything was clean and gave us tips on what to do to clean the house. They have a 30 day guarantee as well which is so reassuring! Highly recommend!
