Lovely setting in and outdoors, but hope a computer will be installed for other library books, journals, news, etc as websites and YouTube offer informative health opportunities both in patients private rooms and library.
Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Life care center is the cleanest and rhe best smelling facility i have ever visited. The staff is Very nice and kind. They actually say Good morning. It was a wonderful experience visiting the facility.

Went here on Thursday June 27th , 2024 with my family for their Bingo event . This was my second time going to a bingo event there. This place is so clean and beautiful well - kept up . Friendly staff , I love how they get the patients involved in different activities and make them feel part of it. I am looking forward to the next Bingo event. Me and my family had a wonderful time there.

The Life Care Center of Auburn, has given my husband and I a peace of mind. Knowing that my mother in law is being taken care and is safe. Lori and Tori have been fantastic guiding us every step of the way. Julius, Esther, and Daniel take exceptional care of her. Jesus the facilities person is fantastic very attentive to any maintenance issues. We have been very pleased with the skilled care she is receiving and are grateful.

Love the care they give to my Husband Michael Kozak everyday everyone around him is pleasant and caring. NEW ONE 2/13/25 as pleased to day as I was the day my beloved husband first came here I’m very lucky to here him here everyone that works here always pleasant and so very kind to him I know he’s in very compassionate hands 2/25/25 very pleased with they way they accommodate my and husband and me to ! If I have a concern about him they listen to me they don’t blow me of if I’m worried they listen and check it out as they know I’m there all the time with him I appreciate that as I do know him very well thank you 3/25/25 wonderful today everyone around us seemed happy my Husband got to say hello to his favorite person from the Magnolia side today he was so pleased that Peter remembered him as he popped in to say Hello and shake his hand made Michael’s day mine to Thank to all that work there ! 3/27/25 lovely day today we enjoyed a movie together I have a small DVD player then caught up on the news, the nurses and the cna’s popped in and out to make sure Michael had everything we needed, there are so very pleasant all in all a great day again! 4/3/25 Michael a little cranky his tummy was upset but that was soon sorted thanks to the great care he is given all in all a another very pleasant day.

Nursing staff is absolutely amazing any issues I've ever had they were all over right away and taken care of. PT and OT are absolutely wonderful and so isn't the entire staff. Always so friendly and welcoming!!! Definitely recommend this place for anyone's loved ones!!! Barbara or the other nurse as my Dad calls her is beyond wonderful and attentive to all needs as well.

I went to Life Care Center of Auburn today to visit a dear friend. She was out in the dayroom playing bingo. We visited while she played. Though she didn't win a prize she was very happy playing the game. We visited for a couple of hours and we left when she got tired out and wanted to nap. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was nicely decorated for the holidays and very clean. I enjoyed my visit very much.

At super time, an aid got my mom out of bed to sit in a chair. She had wet the bed. The aid said, she would change my mom & the bed after she finishes supper. Unfortunately the aids are very busy after supper, picking up the trays, and it takes another 30 minutes for them to return. The smell of urine was terrible. The roommate even had to complain about it.

On another occasion, after eating supper, 6:30pm, my mom requested to go back to bed. Twice, a male aid indicated he would find a female aid to care for her. At about 7pm, the nurse asked if she could help & get her back to bed, but did not have the time to fully prep her for the nights sleeping. She did find the male aid (Peter) to fully assist. Peter is a great caring aid & always very helpful. This was now 7:15pm. 45min, waiting !! Shortly after Peter started the preparations, the female aid did show up & completed the preparations & got my mom into bed for the night.

On another occasion, Peter was very prompt in responding to both my mom’s & roommates bedtime requests. He offered some good conversation & pleasant thoughts from the day & some jokes to bring about some laughing, great for the elderly !!
