Having never been to a medical supply store myself, I wasn't sure what to expect when we went in looking for a shower chair. Not only were we helped to find one, but the person working with my husband and I assembled it for us in the shop! That act of kindness basically saved our honeymoon as the bench at my parents' wasn't one that would work with the tub setup at my husband's apartment nor at the hotel, and while the setup looked intuitive, it was nice to have the extra security that comes with someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to assembling durable medical equipment.

Had a doctor's rx to get equipment.I called to ask how long it would take.The person said about one or two days.The next day I went to this place and gave them the doctor's rx and other info.They said they would call me when the equipment was ready.What happened was I did call them about it.Then they never answered the phone again.I never got the equipment.
