I've had exactly three appointments and I was only seen and heard at one of them. My follow up they gave me the wrong time and forced me to wait a week to reschedule and wouldn't let me get medicine they started me on even though the pharmacy was out until both my mom and I called because I was getting suicidal without it. She got me confused with someone else, I was also called this morning to switch to telehealth and treated like an idiot for not knowing it was through their website and she never even showed up. I waited for fifteen minutes past my time and she never showed despite me being assured she was online and in there right now.

They don't care if you get withdrawal from medicine they insist you go on, they don't listen to you, they don't pay attention to their own schedule, and they waste your time and money by not showing up to their own appointments they request you change to for their convenience.

There's a VERY good reason why they can get people in quickly and its how they treat people.
