Unfortunately have come out a million times worse off due to the medication they prescribed than have found relief. Even after discontinuing the medication. The bedside manner is almost non-existent for most of the doctors and some of the nurses. Thankfully the check in people have been kind and the first nurse who takes your vitals. I've had to go several times over the past past year and at this point, I rather make the trip to Martinez to the emergency room there because that's the only place in contra consta I have found to actually be helpful.
Edit: I wanna add the doctor's name who is responsible for my decline in health. Her name is Kathleen Lew. She prescribed this medication that had adverse effects which I'm severely paying for. I've had to take time off work which very much affects me, I've also had to go into work in severe pain which has been so debilitating. It's been weeks now and I can't even care for myself, walking is extremely painful (any movement actually). I wish I had never came to this clinic, they left me so much worse off. Please don't let them destroy your life too. My mental health is also suffering from not being able to take care of myself from the pain, the aches and burning I feel. She also didn't take my concerns seriously at the time of visit and kept insisting I had vertigo when I KNOW for a fact I don't. I kept trying to tell her what the likely cause was of what I was experiencing and she was dismissive. This visit has sincerely ruined my life.

I gave this rating because I know of this clinic. Let's do the bad first. I was very worried about going back to this clinic because I had a bad experience with Dr. Desmond Carson. So when I left I didn't want to go back because I felt angry and disrespected. He shouldn't be working there he's not a people person, especially working in that type of facility. Fire him. That's all I'm going to say.

Now let's talk about the good
I went back again and dreaded it. Knowing that I might have to defend myself as talking because at this point I'm expecting the worst.
But that didn't happen. For my visit,
MARIA QUEZADA AND TINLEY IRELAND was helping me and I had the best experience of my life. My worries disappeared because Maria made me feel so comfortable there. She's funny and great conversation while doing her job. Then Dr Tinley came in and the both together was amazing. Maria kept the laughter going that even it made Dr Tinley laugh. Dr Tinley made me feel so comfortable and was not judgmental and did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I dealt with Maria enough that sometimes I just need to talk about some things and she listens. She goes over and beyond her job to make sure you feel welcome there and feel very comfortable. I'm writing this because I want to keep the people there that deserves to be there and that will make the facility the best it could be especially with the patience that's going there. I should be able to go to a place that I am comfortable at and knowing that I will be respected and that I can trust whoever is there to help me. Please Maria and Dr. Tinley don't never leave this clinic. You would be the reason why I will still be going there. ❤️

I was very unsatisfied and though the payment was affordable the care was very poor and badly managed. All I needed was a prescription for an infection and they said it would take up to two to three days to have the tests come back to prescribe it. I went to another clinic and they had my prescription by the end of the visit. It’s unfortunate how doctors operate now. They really disappointed me and made me angry. I would not go to this clinic if I knew what I know now. Wasted time while being sick and them dangling antibiotics over my head. Find another clinic. This one has bad doctors and didn’t help me. Suffer for two or three days is ridiculous.

They don’t take you serious when you explain your pain. I waited for my gynecologist to call me back in July. And it’s September. No phone call. I’ve tried calling and calling. I’ve left voicemails and no one called me back. She pretty much is doing medical malpractice. Ignoring me and also trying to make me feel guilty for wanting a surgery. Makes me feel bad by telling me I’m too young.

I love this place, staff is always nice and helpful. The lady that use to help at the front desk was always so nice and unfortunately she passed away in a car accident. She made this place welcoming with her smile and always ready to help anyone with a smile. I wish she was still here, she was such a great person.

Doctors are great as well. My dr. Ashley Roe was awesome. She has since moved to a Berkeley office and now I have another great Dr. Mrs. Christine. Who is also amazing.

As long as you are kind then you get back the respect you deserve.

Hello Everyone,
I have been to this clinic many times and the staff has always have been nice and polite. I am always seen within an hour. I really like the nurses and doctors because they always smile and greet you. They explain everything to you in detail so you understand it before you leave.

This is the worst place ever, the doctors take to long to send medicine to the pharmacies. The receptionists don't know how to communicate to their patients. Knowing that this centers majority of patients do not speak English and they can't even provide a translator. I went in with my dad today. I can't imagine how frustrating this place must be for all the patients who frequent this place. This place is bring your own translator and figure it out yourself. All they do is send patients with a bunch of papers without any explanation of them, they make their patients go on an insane scavenger hunt for their medications and their visits. I hope that something gets done about the type of service that is provided here. If you need to replace people then by all means do it, because its your patients who are the ones suffering with all this miscommunication.

This is the worst place ever, I have a referral form the Er to go here because my son is sick they denied me service I was here before 130pm where there sign says last registration is at 130pm. They say we are getting ready to close I am here at 1235pm what. Then they said they had computer issues and can not take more patient I am like why that’s not my fault and no where it says in your policy like you stated we will close because the doctor will not stay after 2 my son is 1 years old he can’t go to the Er really. This is what this world come to. The staff is unpleasant and don’t care them selfs. Now I have to take home or find somewhere else
To have him seen on a Saturday that’s not the Er because places like this shut the door in your face! Mind you he has had 103-104 fever!
