The front desk lady receptionist was extremely rude and impatient. I was simply trying to pick up my lab results and asked why they weren’t available as the doctor and nurse had told me it would only take a day. Instead of helping, she acted so impatient, like she was too busy and dismissed my concerns with an attitude. Very disappointing experience.

I loved the Life Long Pinol clinic because they provide exceptional care. They are loving, attentive, efficient and professional. From the front desk to the doctors. The doctors listen to you attentively and explain the process and the result of the consultation very well and in a simple way. I am delighted and do not regret having changed clinics. All my respect and admiration for all the staff at this clinic.

Called to try and assist my family in scheduling an appt. but the receptionist Danielle, was rude from the beginning, not a smiling tone at all, when I asked if there would be another doctor available to take new patients she told me to call around, when I asked if in her office she told me no, I had to wish her a good day, as she obviously needed to have a better day, and she rudely told me good bye. Not a very good way to treat any potential client, she should get someone with better customer service skills! I only called because I was told the doctor is great.

Tuesday,December 07,2021 @ 10:46am I begin with a phone call at Lifelong Pinole,CA. They have the WORST FRONT DESK-CUSTOMER SERVICE/NO RESPECT/ FULL OF ATTITUDE. Your office needs professional experts who provide's excellent customer service! My client was sitting here listening to your representative,
wasn't pleased with your phone call at all.. This isn't new..They are to do new hires & promote great care for their patients. I hope someone see to it this gets resolved. Much appreciated...Hire up needs to go undercover making changes!

I can only speak for the dental side of things but the service I received was excellent. No long waits when you arrive for your appointment and treatment was provided promptly. The staff were professional and accommodating. I was late due to traffic for my appointment once and they gave me a 10 minute leeway to which I was able to make on time.
