Very disappointed with everything. My scheduled delivery is on Wednesday so I was told ,Wednesday came and went ,I called the office and was told that my order was canceled, I said no ma'am it wasn't I even got a text asking me to confirm my delivery I did confirm it . She also said that my delivery day was not on Wednesday, she said that she would give me a call back in a few minutes (never called me back ). So today is Thursday and I called them back, the lady answered she gave me all kinds of excuses and said that she would see if someone could deliver my supplies tomorrow and I told her that I had to reschedule my appointment yesterday for Friday and I said that wouldn't work . So she said that my delivery day was actually on Wednesday ?.
She said that she would see what she could do and call me back ... well I'm not going to hold my breath.
I'm looking into another place to supply my Oxygen.
This place is a real joke

Business is totally disorganized. Initial introduction was informed that debt or credit card was required in order for them to provide equipment. Mind you I have paper work from a Doctor that states the equipment is required for improvement to my daily life. Next I start getting billed and not receiving a statement of any type to justify the charges. Called the corporate billing and was told the automatic billing was not required and I was receiving a statement due to the person submitting the payment information checked the box for paperless, so they were not mailing statements. Thought everything was fixed auto pay was cancelled, received a statement the next 2 months. Statements mysteriously are not being mailed again, missing 4 months of statements. Equipment delivery/resupplies another nightmare. You have to wait all day if they even show up on the date they state delivery’s will be made. Tomorrow I will be finding someone else to provide my oxygen supplies.

Follow up to this review:
It is now June 2024 and I still cannot get billing statements from the company. Due to Medicare policy no other firm will take over my oxygen and equipment needs until this current 5 year cycle ha ended. Other suppliers stated Medicare pays off theit commitment in 3 years. This would leave them providing me equipment for free until the 5th year is complete e then they will take over. Nothing but a nightmare, even trying to get supplies sometimes.
