I'm so glad I found this Linncare office. I had called another company in Palm Desert and the receptionist was not friendly & helpful.

I decided to look further. When I called LinnCare in Palm Desert receptionist Liz was friendly, helpful and informative. I decided to make appointments for my husband and myself. My doctor had to change prescription for us to go to LinnCare as she had assigned us to another company.

I'm so glad I insisted to go to LinnCare. On 2-6-2025 we both had our appointment. We met Liz, and she was very pleasant to us and those she helped on the phone.

We met Angie, the Respiratory Therapist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our questions. Overall a wonderful place to get Cpap items.

We had to let management know why we decided to come to LinnCare. It was the friendly, helpful initial call I had with Liz. Great job Liz!!! And thank you Angie for your help with our Cpap machines!!!

When I called Lincare regarding my prescription for an adjustable metal cane, the rep initially couldn't find the referral. She seemed bothered by my request and told me someone would call me. Two days later I received a call telling me all canes were on back order. A week later I received a confirmation call the canes did come in, and they would deliver to my home. I told the rep I lived in a large apt complex and it might be difficult finding the apt. She then told me not to worry, that the delivery driver would call me the morning of delivery to get directions. I waited all day to get that confirmation call then around 4:30pm, there was a knock at my door. It was the delivery person who made no attempt to contact me that whole day.
