The Business Manager, Karen Webb, has refused to fill an oxygen prescription from my pulmonologist because she claims it is against company policy. She refused to provide a copy of the policy and referred me to the corporate office for a copy of the policy. The corporate office, to date, is unable to locate such a policy. This circumstance leaves me with options such as filing a lawsuit or going through the arduous task of changing providers. You do not want to find yourself in the situation of having a life sustaining product in jeopardy. My prescription is for oxygen for ongoing outdoor pulmonary rehab that is critical to my overall health. I suggest you contact Apria, a competitor serving the Sierra Vista area. They have no objection to filling prescriptions to meet their patients’ needs.

The only complaint is that they would only give me service by auto debit. I hate that as it keeps my bank balance screwed up. I pay everything on.line through my bank. Since Lincare is no the same amount each time it is a mess.

Had questions regarding our bill and went to the office. Front desk staff was cheerful and polite. After looking at the bill they called their manager. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She even let us know about a new program. Very pleased with all the services and experience.

I’ve dealt with other O2 suppliers, none could compare to the fine quality of service I’ve gotten from LinCare over the years! I’ve had emergencies at night, on a holiday weekend, and they were quick to come fix the issue! I want no one but LinCare for my O2 needs!

I went to Lincare with my friend who needed oxygen and I was impressed with the outstanding and friendly customer service! Leigh greeted us as we came in the door and immediately asked what our needs were. While the supplies needed were being filled within seconds Jay was there to assist us with any questions we had. He went out of his way to demonstrate the best ways to change filters and oxygen bottles. Their compassion & willingness to meet my friends needs was amazing and I would highly recommend their services!
