I had a great experience with Audrey on May 23, 2020. I was just there to buy a cane holder for my old electric scooter. Until I saw this Pride Go Go Elite Traveller which really caught my attention. I was thinking of not buying it due to the hardship that we are all experiencing due to COVID 19.. But I really liked the product after doing the test drive. The thing is I cannot have 2 scooters at the same time. I was thinking of selling the old one that I am currently using. I approached Audrey and asked if they can sell it for me. I am so happy to hear that she said yes, she can definitely help me. And the rest is history. I will definitely go back to this place if I am in need of more medical supplies. I highly recommend this place. Very warm and friendly staff.

I love this shop. They always have what I am looking for, and the gentleman who owns it, is not only very nice, but very knowledgeable. I would never purchase anything here again, not only did they over sale many items to a 91 year old woman but also Rufused to return the few that were returnable because it had been 1 day over 7 day policy. Very high priced and rude customer service. Find your items else where if possible.
