We called Mammoth Hospital Family Medicine clinic because our daughter cut her finger on a Saturday and we weren’t sure if it needed stitches. We never heard back from Mammoth Hospital. But we did call NIH and even though we had never been seen there before, we were told the Pediatric clinic was open and they got us in right away. It was such a relief to skip a costly to the ER. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff were amazing. We are so grateful!

Dr Ricci was very good and patient with our fussy baby. We went in for a head circumference which was only supposed to be a quick in and out visit but she was more than happy to answer any and all other questions we had. We didn’t feel rushed and she was very thorough

The first moment our sweet baby girl was born Dr. Ricci came to our room to meet her. We have been working with Dr. Ricci since then and she has been amazing. She never rushes us and always takes as long as we need to answer our questions. We love having her as our pediatrician and highly recommend her to everyone!

My family and I were staying in Bishop for the night on our way to Tahoe. My 15 month old daughter broke out in a full rash over her whole body in the middle of the night. We called Dr. Ricci’s office first thing in the morning and her staff was able to fit us in that morning. Dr. Ricci, the nurses and her staff were wonderful. They helped my daughter and made me feel a lot more reassured. We were so grateful they could see us that morning and help make my daughter feel better.
