Loved the kindness and patience of all the staff. It’s surprising to see an urgent care that has nice and kind people all the way from the front desk to the providers. Lots of smiles. When you’re sick the least you want is to deal with difficult people. Well here they smile 😊
Also it was fast service, even though there was more people there, my wait was short. And to top it all off it’s brand new construction beautiful space and super clean.
All in all, excellent!

I did same day scheduling, which the receptionist made very easy even though I had to reschedule two times this morning because of my personal schedule. The receptionist was understanding, friendly and polite. I waited less than 10 minutes to be taking to a room. The nurse who took my intake information and my vitals had a great bedside manner and very polite. The nurse practitioner came in the room right after my intake information was completed. She was very knowledgeable and kind, I felt comfort in the care she gave. I was in the office 20 minutes max from start to finish. All the staff was great! I would definitely highly recommend this site for medical care.

What a fantastic first visit. I was so impressed with the ease of making an appointment. The office is so incredibly clean. The office gals were so very professional and kind. My doctor and x-ray technician were first rate. I definitely would recommend Live Urgent Care in Burlington to anyone. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.

Fantastic experience. Went in and was greeted immediately. They took my info and I filled out a few forms electronically from my phone. Less than 5 minutes later I was seen. The doc examined me thoroughly. She knew what the issue was right away and was able to prescribe meds. Inexpensive as well. $37 copay. I highly recommend my provider. Great experience!

I just went today for the first time to this Urgent Care because I’d have been feeling really sick, it was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time at any medical facility. The place is really new, super clean, the staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about you and love what they do. The Doctor was very caring and understanding. I hope I don’t get sick a gain but if I do this is the place I want to go. Beautiful Place and Beautiful people.

Second time I've used this office. Staff is friendly, professional, and quick. Made an appointment online and was seen right away. The PA I saw did my CDL medical card the first time I went and did a great suture job the second time I went. Really great bedside manner and has a very light touch with the suture kit. Didn't feel a thing. Can't recommend enough

I woke up with an earache I’ve had for three days. Made an appointment for a few hours later. What a great experience! The receptionist was friendly and Paulina the PA was compassionate and effective. I was given medicine for a middle ear infection. I believe the whole time I spent from arriving to leaving was 20 minutes and I felt very comfortable that Paulina examined me and sent the script immediately to CVS. second time here and it’s my go to urgent care facility!

I injured my ankle this morning while getting ready for work - those 40oz metal Yeti water bottles are heavy and hurt when they drop onto your ankle! I limped into the Urgent Care (very new/clean/nice interior) and was immediately helped by the front desk receptionist. She was very nice and spoke quietly to keep information confidential. I got brought back quickly to be evaluated by a provider (thank you NP Nichole!) who was very attentive and quickly had X-rays taken. She reviewed everything with me and fitted me with a boot for a small fracture which is helping tremendously. I plan to follow up with my referral to Ortho. Overall, it was a very quick, pleasant experience and everybody that I met during the visit was excellent. I would recommend this office and provider.
