Tiffany is great at was she does, she always answers the phone and is very pleasant. I had my first telehealth call with Stephanie today. Stephanie is very sweet, kind, thorough and listens to what you have to say. She is very thoughtful, kind and understands what you are going through. I felt so comfortable with her and look forward to building a long lasting relationship with her.

Inexperienced and unprofessional therapists, The first person I saw was the director, he sat with his feet propped up on the table in front of him during my appointment. They send you to a different person in a different room or building for each appointment. One of the therapists cancelled my appointment three times. The office area is very unprofessional, chaotic, and loud. Office organization is non-existent. The atmosphere is not conducive to a calm and healing environment. If you don't like heights, the huge windows will give you vertigo, and make you extremely uncomfortable through the entire session. One therapist admitted to me that she was still in school. It definitely made me feel like I was meant to train new employees (interns) and help them get their hours for their academic benefit vs. getting competent treatment. If I had known this would happen, I never would have agreed to therapy here.

I've been seeing Dr. Kerri Guadagni here for nearly two years and my experiences have been stellar. I feel very respected here. I've learned new coping strategies. I also participated in the IOP program here and was helped greatly by it. Mental health is a constant struggle for me (and likely will be for the rest of my life), but the folks here make it so that mental health care isn't like pulling teeth, like with many other providers.
