I can’t thank Dr. Katie Seever and staff at Livingston Hearing Aid in Anthem Arizona for addressing My Hearing needs. I’ve had Hearing Aids since 2018 and very rarely wore them because they were such a nuisance, but after I was examined and refitted with the new Genesis hearing aids by Starkey,they have been a game changer for my life. They’re literally incredible and I would recommend, you get what you pay for and don’t settle for anything less. I wear my hearing aids 15 hours a day and I couldn’t be happier. I truly recommend the Livingston Hearing Aid center in Anthem as the top Hearing experts

Just received my new hearing aids from Livingston Hearing Aids here in Anthem and couldn’t be more pleased. Have had other experiences with suppliers and can’t believe the difference. The preliminary testing was the most comprehensive I’ve ever had and uncovered a reason why previous evaluations and products were unsatisfactory in the results they provided. Want to give a shout out to the audiologist Dr. Seever for her professionalism , thoroughness and competency. Was also impressed with the state-of-the art equipment used. All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience!

Everyone is very friendly but I have be calling to ge an appointment and no one answered my calls I had problems with my receiver not working on one aide finally went to my appt and was told it would cost over 200.dollars to order a new micro-part. My warranty was over with no notice or offer of extension and my expensive aide were actually one of the cheapest, older, non rechargeable models of Sharkey available, I could go on but be sure when I have to get new ones it will not be from Livingston.
